RULES AND REGULATIONS

World Series is being played under the Central Regional Rules. Rules can be modified prior to event to accommodate tournament play.  

PAY AT THE PLATE

(2-man crew) 

5U-6U: $30.00 per team, per game 

7U-8U: $35.00 per team, per game 

9U-12U: $50.00 per team, per game

13U-18U: $60.00 per team, per game  

(1 man crew) 

5U-6U: $20.00 per team, per game 

7U-8U: $25.00 per team, per game 

9U-12U: $35.00 per team, per game

13U-18U: $45.00 per team, per game  

TIME LIMITS

5U-6U: 1 hour 

7U-8U: 1 hour, 15 minutes 

9U-12U: 1 hour, 30 minutes 

13U-18U: 1 hour, 45 minutes 

NO NEW INNINGS / ALL TEAMS MUST BE AVAILABLE AND READY TO START 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAME TIME 

SPECTATOR FEE

Spectators fee will be charged at every venue during 2024 World Series 

Daily: $14.00 / 10 & under free

The tournament registration cost is discounted with the intent of your team booking with our housing company, Lucid Travel. The National Premier World Series has secured discounted hotel rates in Portland and surrounding areas... Individual and Team discounted rates are available!

Saturday: Pool Games 

Sunday: Pool Games, Pin trading and home run derby night

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Each team will play 4 pool play games then enter a Single elimination bracket based on pool play.

(NCS reserves the right to change the format to finish the tournament in case of weather)

BASEBALLS

Official NCS BN200 baseballs must be used. NCS will provide baseball for all World Series Games.

REFUND POLICY

In the event of rain/weather or any act of God canceling the entire tournament, teams will be issued a credit towards a future NCS National Premier Tournament in 2023. 

 NO REFUNDS. All payments are final! 

In the event of rain canceling a tournament already in progress, a team may receive partial credit based on the amount games played.

In the event of a paid team canceling 14 days or less prior to the start of the tournament, team will not be issued a refund or given a credit. Last minute cancelations will result in no credit.
