1st place teams 10U thru 13U divisions will be awarded a PAID Berth to play in the National Youth Baseball Championships July 19-25, 2021. NYBC games are nationally live streamed.

All Northern Nevada events are mandatory stay to play events. We currently have Grand Sierra, Silver Legacy and Circus Circus Please click on hotel links to see the stay to play guidelines. No exception must use provided booking codes. All "required information is found when you click hotels tab, select hotel and then select details. Zero exceptions can be made to the stay to play guidelines. No other form of reservations at the hotels and no third party website reservations are permitted.


Wristbands required for players coaches and fans both days no exceptions.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS. STRICT, ZERO TOLERANCE ENFORCEMENT WILL BE IN PLACE.

Please have your team manager provide negative Covid-19 test result to team checkin. Mandatory.

Each team will receive 25 wristbands. These will be for players, coaches and spectators. 25 is the max per team. Additional spectators can view games from outside the OF fence. Social distancing (6 ft apart) and masks worn at all times will be strictly enforced. Any not complying will be asked to leave the complex. Refusal to comply will result in offending person's team forfeiture of game.

Each team participating is required to fill in this form for all participants (players, coaches, spectators) who will have a writtband. This must be turned in at checkin 90 minutes prior to first game before wristbands can be provided. COVID 19 SURVEY

Any players and coaches actually on the field of play may be without facemask. Anyone else either in dugout or outside dugout must wear masks at all times.

No shared equipment. One bat per player. If players share equipment, it will be at the discretion of the tournament director to remove that equipment from the game.

Maximum 6 players in dugout at one time. Additional players must stand down the line outside dugout or sit in bleachers. All players/coaches not on field of play must wear masks all times.

All games will have 1:50 time limit with championship games 2 hours, all ages. There will be 30 minutes between games. Teams not playing may not enter the complexes at all until previous games have completed, and teams have cleared the dugout and complex. 

No team meetings on the field upon completion of game. Quickly pack up, clear dugout and leave complex to allow the next team time to come in and warm up. 

No shelled, chewing gum, ice chests, or metal cleats allowed at Golden Eagle. Zero tolerance and violators will be asked to leave the complex. Parking "only" in actual Golden Eagle and Shadow Mountain parking lots. Parking in "no parking zones" not allowed, and cars will be towed and/or reported to local police for citations.

Coaches, please check your team in 90 minutes before first game of weekend to collect wristbands. Other spectators and players may not enter complex unless they have wristband, and have had temperature check.

All teams insurance policies must be uploaded into playncs.com system by Thursday March 18. All rosters must be updated in the playncs.com system.
