LABOR DAY CLASSIC

**LIMITED SPACE EVENT**

As a show of our appreciation, if you have participated in more than two tournaments this past year, your deposit will be all you need to pay for this event. Additionally, your players and their families are invited to join us for fun, games, and free food and drinks on Monday. I will provide more details soon.

During this time of year, many fields become unavailable due to other sports. Therefore, if you plan on attending, I strongly suggest securing your spot as soon as possible with a deposit.

All teams must be prepared to play at locations ranging from San Luis Obispo to Santa Maria, starting at 8 AM on Saturday, August 23rd. Please note that these locations may expand if the size of the event increases.

We anticipate releasing field allocations by the Monday before the event, and we will do our best to keep divisions together at one location. Game times will be announced on Wednesday, the week of the event, at approximately 4:00 PM. The final opportunity for teams to sign up will be before the release of the schedule. Teams wishing to request early game times can do so by texting or calling 805-712-5820. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, please note that we are not accepting any other game time requests at this time.
