🔹 TEAM ENTRY FEES (3GG Format)

• 4U–6U: $100 + $25 PAP per game/team
  
  

• 7U–8U: $125 + $30 PAP per game/team
  
  

• 9U–10U: $150 + $40 PAP per game/team
  
  

• 11U–12U: $175 + $40 PAP per game/team
  
  

• 13U–14U: $200 + $40 PAP per game/team
  
  

• 15U–18U: $225 + $50 PAP per game/team
  

📅 Payment Deadline: Monday before the tournament.
Spots are limited—early payment is recommended to guarantee entry.

⏱ GAME TIMES & PAP (Pay-at-Plate)

• 5U–6U: 1:05 game (No new inning after 1:00 or 6 innings) – $25/team
  
  

• 7U–8U: 1:20 game (No new inning after 1:15 or 6 innings) – $30/team
  
  

• 9U–13U: 1:35 game (No new inning after 1:30 or 6 innings) – $40/team
  
  

• 15U–18U: 1:50 game (No new inning after 1:45 or 7 innings) – $50/team
  
  

⏳ Game Time Policy:

Game time begins immediately after the plate meeting. If PAP payment is not made at that time, the game clock will still run, and the game will not start until payment is complete. Please have payment ready in advance to avoid delays.

🎟 GATE ADMISSION

• Daily Pass: $8
  
  

• Children Under 10: Free
  
  

• Free Entry: 3 coaches per team & all uniformed players
  Note: Wristbands must be worn at all times—no replacements will be given for lost or damaged bands.
  

🏆 TOURNAMENT FORMAT

3-Game Guarantee (3GG)

• Saturday: 2 Pool Games
  
  

• Sunday: Single Elimination Bracket
  
  

Bracket Structure:

Divisions with 8+ teams will have Gold & Silver brackets.

Game Rules:

• “Finish the inning” format – no drop-dead time
  
  

• Teams must be ready to play Friday 5:00 PM–Sunday 10:00 PM
  
  

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled game time
  
  

• Game clock starts right after plate meeting
  
  

• Games must be completed within time limit or end by innings/run rule
  

⚾ GAME BALLS

• Up to 3 official NCS balls provided per game
  
  

• Please help retrieve foul balls to minimize delays
  
  

• If all game balls are lost or not returned, teams must provide additional balls

🚫 VENUE GUIDELINES

• No metal cleats on portable mounds or turf
  
  

• No food/drinks on turf, dugouts, or mounds
  
  

• No smoking, tobacco, or vaping
  
  

• No outside food, drinks, or coolers
  (Players may bring one personal jug)
  
  

• No pets allowed
  
  

• No scooters inside the venue
  (Wheelchairs, ADA scooters, and service animals are permitted)
  
  

• No alcohol allowed; staff may inspect containers
  
  

• No open flames, grills, or BBQ pits in parking lots
  
  

• No heaters (open flame or portable) inside the facility
  

✅ TEAM REQUIREMENTS

Registration: Must be NCS-sanctioned for the current season
Payment: Entry fee must be paid by Monday before event
Roster: Must be submitted online by Friday at 11:59 PM
(Players not on roster are ineligible to play)
Insurance: Upload team policy online (no paper copies accepted)

• If not purchased through NCS, add NCS as "additional insured"
  
  

• Or pay a $30 no-insurance fee

⚠️ BEHAVIOR POLICY

NCS has a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for unsportsmanlike behavior from players, coaches, or spectators. Violators will be removed and banned from the event.

🌧 EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full Cancellation: Teams will receive credit toward a future NCS Texas Premier event
  
  

• Partial Cancellation: Partial credits based on games played
  
  

• Team Withdrawals: No refunds or credits for team cancellations
  
  

• All sales are final – no refunds, only credits
