3 Game Guarantee  

Saturday: Pool Play Games 

Sunday: Single Elimination Bracket Games

Classifications:

Division 1: The most competitive division comprised of highly competitive teams from around the Nation. Equals to Major 

Division 2: Strong regional teams that compete at a high level but may not be competitive in Division 1. Equals to AAA

Division 3: Comprised of local travel teams that may not be competitive in Division 2. Equals to AA

Rec +: Comprised of local recreational/start up travel teams that may not be competitive in Division 3. Equals to A

Open: Any classification is welcome to participate in the competitive open division. 



Time Limits/Run Rules:

6U-8U Divisions (Coach Pitch): 75 minutes finish inning

9U-14U Divisions: 90 minutes finish inning

15U-18U/High School Divisions: 105 minutes finish inning


Run Rule for All Divisions: 15 after 3 innings, 10 after 4 innings, 8 after 5 innings


Gate Fees:

Individual gate fees will be charged per day, per person, in the amount of $10 for all spectators over 16 years of age. 


All Teams Must:


1. All Teams Must Register with NCS | 2024 SEASON. You can do so at www.playncs.com 


2. Complete Player Roster online. Please add all your players to the online roster. Roster deadline is May 18 at 12:01am. 


3. Buy or Submit a copy of your Team Insurance Policy. If you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured. You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. All insurance must be uploaded online. We are NOT accepting insurance at the event.

AWARDS:

Awards will be given to all Champions and Finalists of each division.


NCS BASEBALL PLAYING RULES:

National Baseball Rules located on the NCS website will be followed. If not listed on the NCS website, NFHS rules will be followed.


TEAM WAIVERS, PLAYER ROSTERS & INSURANCE:

Online Rosters and Insurance must be uploaded online prior to event. NO ROSTER, NO INSURANCE, NO PLAY !!!  

All coaches are responsible to fill out an online roster.

Players that are not on an online roster are not eligible to play.


PLAYER AGE ELIGIBILITY:

National Baseball Rules located on the NCS website will be followed. 


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Do we supply our own baseballs?

No, Ace Athletics Group/NCS provides baseballs to umpires for every game. Teams are responsible to return all foul balls to the playing fields. 


When are our rosters locked and what do I do if a parent forgets/neglects to sign the waiver prior to the cutoff?

Online Rosters will be locked on May 18 at 12:01am. Please submit your online rosters as soon as possible. Players that are not on an online roster are not eligible to play!

All coaches are responsible to fill out an online roster. 

If a parent forgets/neglects to sign the waiver prior to the cutoff date, they must stop by the registration tent prior to the teams first game for the player to be eligible to participate in the contest. 


Do I need team insurance?

Behavior at the events: 

Ace Athletics Group, Future Stars of Sports, and NCS have a zero tolerance policy for unsportsmanlike behavior by any player, coach, and/or spectator. Any person ejected from a game for unsportsmanlike behavior must immediately, and without confrontation, exit the complex. Failure to do so in a timely manner may result in a team forfeiture. Anyone ejected is automatically suspended and unable to attend the next scheduled contest as well. Based on the severity of the behavior, Ace Athletics Group, Future Stars of Sports, and/or NCS reserves the right to add further suspensions, which could result in a ban for the remainder of the tournament and/or future tournaments as well. This is a youth sporting event and no matter how bad of a call you think the umpire does or does not make, there are no logical explanations for acting out at a youth sporting event.

Rainouts, Cancelations & Refunds:

In the event of rainout, or cancelation of the tournament in which a team does not play a game, a complete refund will be awarded to each team, minus any credit card processing fees. 

In the event of paid team canceling prior to the tournament registration deadline, a complete refund will be awarded, minus any credit card processing fees. If team cancels after the tournament registration deadline, a 50% refund will be awarded, minus any credit card processing fees. 

In the event the tournament is cancelled and a team only participates in one game, a 50% refund will be awarded, minus any credit card processing fees. 

In the event the tournament is cancelled and a team participates in a minimum of two games, no refund will be given. 

No refunds are given for gate fees at any time so please be sure the event is going to take place before choosing to enter the gates.
