World Series is being played under the Southwest Regional Rules. Rules can be modified prior to event to accommodate tournament play.  

TIME LIMITS

 2 hour, 00 minutes 

NO NEW INNINGS / ALL TEAMS MUST BE AVAILABLE AND READY TO START 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAME TIME 

SPECTATOR FEE

Spectators fee will be charged at every venue during 2024 World Series 

Daily: $12.00

Saturday: Pool Games 

Sunday:Pool Games 

Monday: Bracket Games 

Tuesday: Semi Final | Championship 

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Each team will play 4 pool play games then enter a Single elimination bracket based on pool play.

championship bracket.

(NCS reserves the right to change the format to finish the tournament in case of weather)

BASEBALLS

Official NCS BN200 baseballs must be used. NCS will provide baseball for all World Series Games.

Gold Division Champions:  NCS  Championship Rings (14 per team), Championship Banner, Championship Team Award 

Gold Division Finalist: NCS  Finalist Rings (14 per team), Championship Banner, Championship Team Award 

Silver Division Champions: NCS Championship Rings (14 per team), Championship Banner, Championship Team Award 

Silver Division Finalist: NCS Finalist Rings (14 per team), Championship Banner, Championship Team Award 

REFUND POLICY

In the event of rain/weather or any act of God canceling the entire tournament, teams will be issued a credit towards a future NCS National Premier Tournament in 2024. 

 NO REFUNDS. All payments are final! 

In the event of rain canceling a tournament already in progress, a team may receive partial credit based on the amount games played.

In the event of a paid team canceling 14 days or less prior to the start of the tournament, team will not be issued a refund or given a credit. Last minute cancelations will result in no credit.
