We’re not reinventing the game; we’re just adding a unique element to bring more excitement into the dugouts during the game.  Each game will be assigned two current college players, one in each dugout.  Each game you play, you will be paired with a different college player.  Our tournament provides a one-of-a-kind experience, one that your players won’t ever forget.

ALL TEAMS MUST:

1. Be registered and sanction their team with NCS for the 2024 season.

2. Upload and submit a copy of team insurance.

3. Complete and update online player rosters.

4. Submit entry fee payment by the Monday before tournament date.


ENTRY FEE:

10U: $450

12U: $450


PAYMENT POLICY:

The event registration fee must be paid to confirm your team’s spot in the tournament.  Teams that choose to pay later may be moved to the waitlist if other teams register and pay before them, regardless of when they register.


YOU MUST SUBMIT A PAYMENT TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT.


Our tournament is FIRST PAY/FIRST PLAY.  Your entry into our event is not complete until you have paid the entry fee.


GATE FEE:

Daily Pass: $10/day

Tournament Pass: $15

CASH OR VENMO ONLY.

Complimentary Admission: 3 coaches per team / Active duty military & Veterans / Kids 12 & Under



TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

3-4 GG

Saturday: Team need to be prepared to play at least 1-2 pool games on Saturday.

Sunday: Single elimination bracket play will begin after conclusion of pool play games.



GAME TIME LIMITS:

10U & 12U: 1hr. 30 minutes or 6 innings

Drop Dead timing during pool play (finish the batter)

Finish the inning for bracket play


MERCY RULE:

15 after 3 or 12 after 4 or 8 after 5


SEEDING FOR BRACKET PLAY (SINGLE ELIMINATION)

Pool seeding determined by winning percentage in pool play.

If tied in pool, tiebreakers are:

1. Total runs allowed in pool play

2. Total runs scored in pool play

3. Coin Flip


SCHEDULE REQUESTS:

Please submit all schedule requests using the Schedule Request tab on the event menu.

Schedule requests will be accepted until Sunday prior to the tournament.


WE WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE EVERY SCHEDULE REQUEST.  TEAMS NEED TO BE PREPARED TO PLAY FROM SATURDAY MORNING UNTIL SUNDAY NIGHT.



RULES:

We play by rules listed on the NCS website.

We determine pitching totals by outs instead of innings.


REFUND POLICY:

Teams withdrawing from the event 14 days prior to the start date of the event will receive a 100% credit.


Teams withdrawing 14 or fewer days prior to the event are not eligible to receive a refund or credit.


Paid teams registered in our tournament that does not make will receive a 100% credit.


If this tournament is cancelled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following credit:

            -0 games played: 100% credit

            -1 game played: 50% credit

            -2 games played: 0% credit


AWARDS:

NCS Championship rings are awarded to 1st & 2nd place of each division.

Banners will be awarded to the champions of each division.
