TOURNAMENT INFORMATION & GUIDELINES

Team Entry Fee for 3-Game Guarantee (3GG):

• 6U:7U $285

• 8U: $385

• 9U-12U: $495

• 13U-14U: $495

• 15U-18U: $495

Payment Deadline: Monday prior to the tournament date. Early payment is highly recommended to secure a spot as availability is limited.

Game Times & Umpire Fees (PAP):

• 5U-6U: 1:05* (No new inning after 1:00* or 6 innings) - $30 per game/team

• 7U-8U: 1:20* (No new inning after 1:15* or 6 innings) - $30per game/team

• 9U-12U: 1:35* (No new inning after 1:45* or 6 innings) - $50per game/team

• 13U-18U: 1:50* (No new inning after 1:45* or 7 innings) - $70per game/team

Tournament Format:

• 3-Game Guarantee:

• Saturday: 2 pool games

• Sunday: Single Elimination Bracket Games

• Bracket Structure:

• Gold & Silver brackets will be used for divisions with 8 or more teams.

Pool & Bracket Games:

• Finish the inning; no drop-dead time.

• Teams must be available to play anytime from Friday at 5:00 PM to Sunday at 10:00 PM.

• Games must start at the scheduled time unless otherwise approved by the tournament director.

• Teams should be prepared to play 15 minutes before the scheduled game time.

• The game clock starts at the conclusion of the plate meeting.

• All games must complete the designated time limit unless they end by 6-7 innings or via run rule.

Game Balls:

• Up to 3 NCS game balls provided per game.

• Coaches, players, and fans are encouraged to retrieve foul balls to avoid delays.

• Once the provided balls are lost or not returned, teams must supply their own game balls.

Player of the Game (POG) Award will be given for every game.

Venue Restrictions:

• No metal cleats/spikes on portable pitching mounds or turf surfaces.

• No food or drinks allowed on turf fields, dugouts, or pitching mounds.

• No smoking, tobacco, or e-cigarettes allowed in any tournament park.

• No outside food, drinks, or ice chests allowed into the venue.

• Players may bring one personal jug or container.

You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. All insurance needs to be uploaded online. We are NOT accepting insurance at the event.

NFHS rules will be followed with the following modifications

TEAM WAIVERS, PLAYER ROSTERS & INSURANCE:

Online Rosters and Insurance must be uploaded online prior to event. 

NO ROSTER, NO INSURANCE, NO PLAY !!!  

All coaches are responsible to fill out an online  roster.

Players that are not on an online or paper roster are not eligible to play!

Please don’t forget to fill out a Player Roster.

In the event of rain/weather or any act of God canceling the entire tournament, 

teams will be issued a credit towards a future NCS National Premier Tournament.

In the event of paid team canceling prior to tournament,

team will receive credit towards future

NCS National Premier Tournament. 

All payments are final   

In the event of rain canceling a tournament already in progress,

a team may receive partial credit based on the amount games played

In the event of paid team canceling due to COVID-19 prior to tournament,

team will receive credit towards future NCS National Premier Tournament.
