Golden Eagle Park Rules:

1) NO ICE CHESTS OF ANY KIND. IF YOU HAVE AN ICE CHEST LEAVE IT IN YOUR CAR. VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN YOUR GAME BEING STOPPED AND YOU BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE FACILITY. YOU CAN BRING IN DRINKS AND FOOD. OUR SUGGESTION IF YOU EMPTY A BALL BUCKET AND FILL WITH ICE AND BOTTLE WATERS FOR KIDS. THIS IS WORK AROUND TO THE COMPLEX POLICY BUT NO ICE CHESTS CAN BE BROUGHT IN.

2) NO SHELLED NUTS OF ANY KIND. YOU CANNOT EVEN SPIT THEM INTO A CUP. VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO CLEAN THEIR MESS AND THEN LEAVE THE COMPLEX ZERO TOLERANCE

3) CANOPIES MAY NOT BE STAKED INTO THE GRASS AT GOLDEN EAGLE

4) NO SCOOTERS/SKATEBOARD OR BICYCLES

5) NO PETS

6) NO BBQ AT COMPLEX EVEN IN THE PARKING LOT.

7) NO METAL CLEATS

Team rules to be able to play

Coaches please have your rosters complete and all players on roster must be accepted online by parent/guardian for that player before your first game. (All roster adds are time stamped. If your manager added a player, but the player is not on the public roster, he is still legal to play in the event but if the player's parent/guardian did not go into their email and accept the player, they must be removed from the game immediately until parent can accept the player)

Coaches also make sure you have your team insurance uploaded into team portal. If you did not purchase insurance from us, then an additionally insured certificate must be generated by your carrier naming NCS as additionally insured and that cert must also be put into your teams online portal. Any teams who do not have proper insurance uploaded will have a $50 single weekend insurance fine and must be paid in cash prior to firs game. Thank you.
