Tournament format is 4 GG: 2 seeded pools to a double elimination bracket.
Awards will be given to the top 3 teams in each age division.
Pool:
-60 minutes, finish the inning, can end in a tie
-bat your lineup, free subs
-5 runs per half inning (8U/10U only), Older divisions: 3 outs required to finish the inning
-$50 PAP
Bracket:
-75 minutes, finish the inning, must have a winner
-ITB: last out placed on 2, 1 out, no count; consecutive ITBs: last 2 outs placed on 2nd and 3rd, 2 outs, no count
-no run rule per half inning
-Courtesy runner allowed for pitcher/catcher. Courtesy runner must be a sub.
-Run Rule: 12/2, 10/3, 8/4, 6/5
-$60 PAP
Weather delays can occur for rain/lightning/severe weather. TD reserves the right to alter format to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:
0 games started: 100% credit.
1 game started: 50% credit.
2 games started: No credit.
A game started is a game played.
Starting January 1, 2026
We will no longer issue refunds for events, ONLY credits towards other 3P Events.
Teams withdrawing by Sunday (prior to the event start date): 100% credit.
Teams withdrawing after Sunday but by 12 PM on Monday: 50% credit.
Teams withdrawing after 12 PM on Monday: No credit.
Teams in divisions that do not make: 100% credit.
Credits can only be used toward another 3P tournament.
In the event that one age group/division is not large enough to make, TD reserves the right to alter format to combine age/divisions (example - 8U C only has three teams entered and confirmed and 8U open has 4 teams entered and confirmed then both divisions will be combined to make one 8U open. 2nd example, there are 2 teams in 16U and 3 in 18U then both age divisions will be combined to a HS open - these are just a few examples and TD is not limited to just these two scenarios).
Full concession on site- NO OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINK, OR PERSONAL COOLERS. This policy is strictly enforced by the facility.

Kids under 12 are free.
