TEAMS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ORDER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED (DIGITAL PAYMENT TIME STAMP); TOURNAMENTS WILL SELL OUT BEFORE THE PAYMENT DEADLINE ON MOST OCCASIONS.

Tournament format is 4 GG: 2 seeded pools to a double elimination bracket.

Awards will be given to the top 3 teams in each bracket. 

Pool:

-60 minutes, finish the batter, can end in a tie; For seeding purposes, the score will revert back to the last complete inning

-4 runs per half inning 

-You may bat your line up if you wish. 

-$50 PAP

Bracket:

-75 minutes, finish the inning, must have a winner

-ITB: last out placed on 2, 1 out, no count; consecutive ITBs: last 2 outs placed on 2nd and 3rd, 1 outs, no count

-No run rule per half inning.

-Courtesy runner allowed for pitcher/catcher. Courtesy runner must be a sub.

-Run Rule: 12/2, 10/3, 8/4, 6/5

-You may utilize a DP/Flex and bat a maximum of 10. 

-$60 PAP

Weather delays can occur for rain/lightning/severe weather.  TD reserves the right to alter format to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather.

For each game not played of the 6GG, a partial refund will be given. A game started is a game played. No refunds for dropping after withdrawal deadline. 

NO OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINK, OR PERSONAL COOLERS. NO ALCOHOL or TOBACCO ANYWHERE ON SITE. NO FIREARMS OR WEAPONS of ANY KIND ON THE FIELD OF PLAY (THIS INCLUDES DUGOUT). NO SHELLED NUTS OF ANY KIND.
This policy is strictly enforced by Directors, NCS Fastpitch, and the facility.

Kids under 12 are free.

Square, Venmo, and Cash accepted at the gate. 

*Each team receives THREE coach wristbands and ONE team cooler band.*

*No personal coolers will be permitted.*
