RYA Softball Rec All-Stars Tournament

RYA Tournament Rules:

• The RYA Softball All-Stars Tournament will follow the rules listed on the documents tab for this Fall 2026 Rec All-Stars Tournament. This is done to keep the rules consistent with other local youth softball All-Stars tournaments.
• RYA Softball All-Stars Tournament Rules

Tournament Format:

• Saturday (11/21) will consist of two (2) pool play games for all teams.
  • Some teams could play pool play on Friday evening (11/20) depending on the number of teams registered. This will be done on a volunteer basis by coaches.
• Sunday (11/22) will be a single-elimination tournament based on Saturday's pool play seeding with Gold and Silver Brackets for age divisions with 8+ teams.
• A maximum of 30 total teams will be allowed in for this tournament. Once 30 teams are registered and paid, registration will be closed.
• This tournament is a 3-game guarantee.
• Pool games and bracket games are 60 minutes for 6U/8U. 
• Pool games and bracket games are 70 minutes for 10U/12U/14U.
• All games will finish the inning once time is expired, unless there is no chance for the losing team to come back due to run limits. All games will finish the batter if the game is out-of-reach.

Schedule Requests: 

• Schedule requests will be honored in the order they are received - please remember that these are requests and not guarantees. All requests must be submitted no later than Friday, November 13th.

Refund Questions:

• No refunds will be issued after game times are posted.
• There will be a non-refundable $75 admin fee once the tournament starts. 
• Full refunds will be given if the tournament is canceled due to weather before it begins.
• Partial refunds will be given if the tournament is reduced due to weather, but RYA Softball reserves the right to shorten the tournament to a 1-day event if needed. 

There are no gate fees and no Pay At Plate (PAP) fees for this tournament.
