You can only block out a 4-hour block on Friday or Saturday that you cannot play!
Schedule requests that are more restrictive than a 4-hour "no play" block will be difficult to accommodate but we will do our best!
It is very important that you do not enter an event that you cannot attend if you do not get specific pool play times.
The schedule request is a request, not a guarantee.
Any schedule requests that are texted, emailed, or submitted in any other way besides using the Schedule Request tab on the event page, will not be accepted.
If the Schedule Request tab is not showing on the event menu, that means we have begun scheduling the event already.

Do I need team insurance?
Yes, if you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured. You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. You must upload your insurance to your team profile before the event.
National Championship Sports
2011 East Lamar Blvd
Suite 120
Arlington, Texas 76006
All coaches that will be inside the dugout or on the field must be background checked through NCS.
Rosters MUST be online. NO EXCEPTIONS! Players may appear on the coach's side and not public view, and all players will have a timestamp from when they were added to the roster.
Failure to have players listed online could cause your team to be protested, at which point any and all players not listed will become ineligible.
A few reminders for teams:
If you are a Class C or C-REC team and are entered in a Class C event, you may NOT have any higher ranked players on your roster, even guest players. If you have questions about your roster and possibility of perhaps reviewing her classification for eligibility change, please contact a State Director or the NCS Fastpitch National Office. Please take care of this issue ahead of time and do NOT wait until the last minute to fix your rosters.
If there is a roster question on the field, you MUST have a copy of the birth certificate for each player on your roster during an event. Players that are "Pending" on a roster are eligible to play. All "Pending" means is the parent has not put the final approval on the roster, which is a protection for the coaches, but the player may play whether she is Pending or Approved.
Remember that all coaches on the field or in the dugout MUST be background checked for the 2027 season. Coaches that have complied with this are listed on the public view of the coaches list on the team.
We also have our new top of the 3rd inning rule for illegal or ineligible players. If a team protests before the first pitch of the top of the third inning and that player is found to be illegal, then the result is a 7-0 forfeit. After the first pitch of the top of the 3rd inning, that player will be declared ineligible and removed from the game and the rest of the tournament.
