Schedule Request Policy OC California

Due to the amount of schedule requests we receive from teams on a weekly basis any schedule requests submitted are subject to the following policies. We have been trying to hold off from implementing these policies, but scheduling has become increasingly difficult due to schedule requests being demanded & expected in such high volume. Schedule requests are still not 100% guaranteed, but as always we will make every effort we can to help.

$50 per request will be charged for schedule requests. You will be given a time window that we believe we can satisfy your request. You will not be promised back to back or exact times. Requests are prioritized/considered in the order of paid/asked & will not be made note of until payment is received.

Schedule requests are for pool play games on first day of event only. You may request to have your teams staggered. Requests to stagger two teams counts as two requests. We do not consider requests to stagger 3 consecutive teams in a row. You can request staggers in sets of two. When asking for staggering we do not promise AM or PM ordering. You must give us the flexibility to stagger your teams in whatever order we can to accomplish your request so both teams have different times for all games.

Schedule requests submitted after Monday may not be considered due to scheduling difficulties. If the request is considered by us after Monday there may be an additional admin fee due to the difficulty of including your last minute request.

We ask that all teams get their request in to us in a timely manner preferably before the week of the event. The schedule requests demand is always very high asking closer to the event & it does not leave a good chance for your request to be met.

Only submit a schedule request if you truly need help. Submitted requests based on schedule preference will only lower the schedule quality for everyone.
