FIRST PAY/FIRST PLAY Your entry into an event is not complete until you have paid the entry fee, regardless of whether you have registered for the tournament.

All teams must register with NCS | 2026 season 

We are committed to promoting the Game of Baseball! We promote the game and the players through our Championship Events. By providing teams and their supporters with high quality venues and well managed tournaments. Teams compete with the best amateur baseball clubs in the Nation. 

Below is most of the information you will need and answers to the most common questions we receive.

Team event registration fee

7u-8u- $400

7u-14u- $500 

Gate fee

$10.00 Per Person 12 and up

When do I pay the tournament entry fee?

All Legends Baseball tournaments payments are due before your first game.  

Refund Policy:

Teams withdrawing from an event 7 days prior to the start date of the event will receive 100% credit.

Teams withdrawing from an event 6 days or less prior to an event for any reason will receive 100% credit to transfer to another Legends Baseball event.

Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive 100% credit.

In the event of tournament cancelation due to weather or any other act of God will be eligible for the following credit.

-0- games started 100% credit

-1- game started 50% credit

-2- games started 25% credit

-3- games started 0% credit

Baseballs:

Each team must provide 2 good leather baseballs per game.

We play exclusively by NCS Rules National Championship Sports | Baseball | Central Region Baseball Rules (playncs.com)

We play all 13u events at 54/80 unless otherwise noted

We do not allow metal cleats on any turf fields or temporary mounds.

Game time limits

7u-8u-1:15

9u-14u-1:30

Awards

All Gold Bracket Champions and Finalist will receive NCS Championship Rings 

All Silver Bracket Champions and Finalist will receive NCS Medals or Rings

MVP Awards for the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament for each team in the championship game 

How do I submit a schedule request?

Please submit all schedule request using the schedule request tab on the event menu or email to TXKLegendsBaseball@gmail.com. We will take schedule request until the Monday evening prior to the event.

Cooler Policy:

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. 

We have a full concession stand (credit/debit accepted)

No alcohol (per city ordinance)

Can we bring our pets or comfort animals to the tournament?

No pets are allowed with the exception of service animals.

When are our rosters locked?

All rosters are locked on the Friday evening prior to the event. 

BAT WEIGHT LIMITATIONS:

All Wood and/or Non-Wood Bats stamped with any of the following:
(BBCOR .50), (USSSA 1.15 BPF), (USA Baseball).

4u-12u: No weight restrictions

13u D3: No bats lighter than -8

13u Open: No bats lighter than -5

14u-18u: No bats lighter than -3 max (BBCOR ONLY)

Behavior at the events

Legends Baseball has a zero tolerance policy towards disrespectful and adverse behavior. Any fan, parent, player or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behavior towards a tournament official or umpire.

Complexes

We are 100% all Turf facility

VENUE RESTRICTIONS:

No Metal Cleats or Metal Spikes are allowed on portable pitching mounds and/or any turf surfaces.

No Food &/or Drinks of any kind are allowed on any turf playing field, turf playing dugouts, and turf portable pitching mounds

NO SEEDS OR NUTS OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED INTO SWANGER COMPLEX

Home Team:

Coin Flip in all Pool Play games.

Single Elimination Bracket Play Games

High Seed chooses (Home/Visitor) in all Single Elimination Bracket Play Games INCLUDING the Championship Game.

TIE GAMES:

Pool Play: TIE stands.

Bracket Play & Championship Games:  Loaded bases with the last 3 batters and 1 out, batter’s count 0-0.

Do I need team insurance?

Yes, if you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured. You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. We must receive your insurance by the Friday prior to the event.
