VENUE RESTRICTIONS:
No Metal Cleats or Metal Spikes are allowed on portable pitching mounds and/or any turf surfaces.
No Food &/or Drinks of any kind are allowed on any turf playing field, turf playing dugouts, and turf portable pitching mounds.
No Smoking, Smokeless/Chewing Tobacco, and/or Cigarettes/E-Cigarettes are allowed in any of the tournament parks and/or venues.
No Outside Food &/Or Drinks are allowed into the tournament venues.
No Ice Chests are allowed into the tournament venues.
Players are allowed to take one personal jug or container in with them. Must be the player bringing in the personal container and not the parent.
PETS:
No pets allowed into the venues.
OSO Park Concession accepts ONLY CASH.
Entry Gates at all venues will accept CASH &/or any form of electronic payment.

HOME RUN DERBY BEGINS AT 6:00PM
Coaches Home Run Derby:
Field 5: Home Run Derby: 4:30pm-5:30pm
1 coach per team - coach must check in at 4:00pm at Portland Municipal Park
Coaches must provide their own baseballs, protective screens and pitcher.

Each team gets 3 free players to participate in the 2024 NCS Home Run Derby. Additional players can be entered into the Home Run Derby for $10.00 per player. One member of the coaching staff must be present to register players and pitch during the derby.

Join us Monday July 1st for the 2024 South Coast World Series Team Parade.
The Corpus Christi Hooks want to invite all participants in the South Coast World Series to celebrate a tournament well done at a Corpus Christi Hooks game on July 1st, 2024.
This game we will have a pre-game parade for South Coast World Series participants. Gates open at 3:35pm for a 6:35 pm First Pitch.
All parents, players and coaches must purchase tickets for hooks game to participate in the World Series team parade.

World Series is being played under the Central Regional Rules. Rules can be modified prior to event to accommodate tournament play.

5u-6u: (1:05* No New Inning After 1:00* or 6 inn) PAP $30 per game
7u-8u: (1:20* No New Inning After 1:15* or 6 inn) PAP $35 per game
9u-12u: (1:35* No New Inning After 1:30* or 6 inn) PAP $50 per game
13u-18u: (1:50* No New Inning After 1:45* or 7 inn) PAP $60 per game

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Each team will play 4 pool play games then enter a Single elimination bracket based on pool play.

(NCS reserves the right to change the format to finish the tournament in case of weather)
BASEBALLS
Official NCS BN200 baseballs must be used. NCS will provide baseball for all World Series Games.

REFUND POLICY
In the event of rain/weather or any act of God canceling the entire tournament, teams will be issued a credit towards a future NCS National Premier Tournament in 2023.
NO REFUNDS. All payments are final!
In the event of rain canceling a tournament already in progress, a team may receive partial credit based on the amount games played.
In the event of a paid team canceling 14 days or less prior to the start of the tournament, team will not be issued a refund or given a credit. Last minute cancelations will result in no credit.
