NCS / National Championship Sports is excited to bring this event to Michigan!

Northern Nationals / Creasey Bicentennial Park, Grad Blanc, Michigan.

We are hosting both an Open Division National and a C-class National. 8U-High School ages in both Open and C Class.

16U will be 18u C or if your team elects to they can play in 18u Open.    

We welcome all sanctions! 

5 game guarantee! Format will be decided based on number of teams in a division.

FASTPITCH SOFTBALL RULES

1.      All line-up cards with 1 and last names must be submitted to the scorekeeper 15 minutes prior to the scheduled game time. Home team will be determined by coin toss for pool play games. Bracket play home team will be the high seed.

2.      There will be a 75 minute time limit. We will complete a full inning if time has not expired. Pool play games can end in a tie.  

3.      Run rules are as follows: 12 after 3, 10 after 4 and 8 after 5.

4.      10 u pitches from 35ft. / 12u 40ft.   14u –18u 43ft.

5.       Bases for all ages 60ft.  

6.      10U division-  infield fly rule and dropped 3 strike will be enforced.

7.      Line-ups may consist of the following options: Team must start 9 defensive players. You may use up to 3 EP’s. Any nine can play the field. Players can rotate in and out freely. If you choose to use EP’s they must play the entire game. If a player gets injured and you have no subs you can scratch the player from the line-up. There is no penalty as long as there are at least 9 players left on the line-up.     

8.       Courtesy runner may be used for pitcher or catcher. Courtesy runner may be either last out recorded or player not in the line-up. ( If it becomes a catcher or pitcher in line to be the courtesy runner use the previous batter. If no out has been recorded in 1 inning no courtesy runner will be allowed before an out has been recorded )  

9.      International Rule: Games going into extra innings will start the 8 inning with Runners at 2 base. This will also be used if time limit has expired before extra innings. ( runner must be last batter of previous inning or someone not in line-up )

10.  Intentional walk  ( you can put a player on by requesting to do so )

11.  CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES will be a full 6 inning game with no time limit.

            NOTE NO Metal spikes when on one of the turf fields - 14 - 18 U DIVISION CAN PLAY WITH METAL SPIKES on the dirt fields.            PLAYERS PLAY AT THEIR OWN RISK.
