 TEAMS ARE CONFIRMED (Check mark by your team name)  IN THE ORDER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED (DIGITAL PAYMENT TIME STAMP ON VENMO); TOURNAMENTS WILL SELL OUT BEFORE THE PAYMENT DEADLINE ON MOST OCCASIONS. THE NCS SYSTEM WILL ALLOW TEAMS TO CONTINUE TO ENTER UNTIL THE SET AMOUNT FOR THE DIVISION IS CONFIRMED. FOR EXAMPLE, THIS IS WHY YOU WILL SEE 14 TEAMS ENTERED BUT ONLY 10 SPOTS AVAILABLE.  CONFIRM YOUR TEAM EARLY TO AVOID BEING MOVED TO WAITLIST. 

Tournament Format is 1 non-seeded pool games to a 2 GG bracket!

Awards given to top 2 teams in each age division. 

Pool:

-55 minutes, finish the batter, can end in a TIE

-4 runs per half inning

-Run Rule: 10/3, 8/4, 6/5

-$50 PAP

Bracket:

-65 minute, finish the inning, MUST HAVE A WINNER

-ITB: last out placed on 2nd, 1 out, no count; consecutive ITBs- last 2 outs placed on 2nd and 3rd, 1 out, no count

-6 runs per half inning (8U/10U ONLY)

-Run Rule: 10/3, 8/4, 6/5

-$50 PAP

Weather delays can occur for lightening/severe weather.  TD reserves the right to alter format to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather.

Starting January 1, 2026

We will no longer issue refunds for dropping after the withdrawal deadline, ONLY credits towards other 3P Events.

    Teams withdrawing by Sunday (prior to the event start date): 100% credit.

    Teams withdrawing after Sunday but by 12 PM on Monday: 50% credit.

    Teams withdrawing after 12 PM on Monday: No credit.

    Teams in divisions that do not make: 100% refund.

    Credits can only be used towards another 3P tournament.

Full concession on site - NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK. This policy is strictly enforced by the facility.

Gate

Adults: $15/day (1 day format)

Kids under 12 are free.

Cashapp, Venmo, and Cash accepted at the gate.
