⚠️ Promotion Requirements:

• Division must have at least 6 teams
• Combined age divisions count as one division

🏆 TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW

  • Format: 1-Day Tournament – 3-4 Game Guarantee

  • Saturday: 6U, 8U, 10U

  • Sunday: 12U, 14U, 16U/18U

  • Games:

    • 1-2 Pool Games (Blind Draw, seeded by NCS points)

    • Double Elimination Bracket in the afternoon

    • Championship Game in the evening

  • Brackets: Divisions with 8+ teams may split into Gold & Silver

  • No “IF” game in bracket play

  • Times: Teams must be ready to play Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday 10:00 PM

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to each game

  • Schedule/format subject to change to finish event on time

📅 SCHEDULE REQUESTS

  • Submit via Schedule Request tab in the event menu by Tuesday evening before the tournament.

  • Allowed Example: “We cannot play between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Saturday.”

  • Not Likely: “We cannot play before 4:00 PM.”

  • Limit: One 4-hour block on Friday or Saturday that you cannot play.

  • All requests are requests only — not guaranteed.

💰 TEAM ENTRY & PAYMENT

  • Team Fee: $150 + PAP (Pay-at-Plate)

  • Max: 8 teams per division – spots limited, register early!

  • Deadline: Monday before tournament

  • Payment Methods:

  • Include in payment notes: Team Name, Age Division, Tournament Name & Date

👨‍⚖️ UMPIRE FEES (Per Game / Per Team – Cash Only)

6U–8U

  • Pool: 60 min (Drop Dead, Finish Batter) – $30

  • Bracket: 75 min (No New Inning After 70) – $40

10U–18U

  • Pool: 60 min (Drop Dead, Finish Batter) – $40

  • Bracket: 75 min (No New Inning After 70) – $50

The game clock starts immediately after plate meeting.

📜 GAME RULES (Highlights)

  • Pool Play: 4 runs per half-inning

  • Bracket Play: No run limit

  • Run Rules: 12 after 2 | 10 after 3 | 8 after 4 | 6 after 5

  • ITB: Bases loaded, last 3 batters, 1 out, no count

  • Batting: Bat 9, use EH/DP-Flex, or bat entire lineup

  • Free defensive subs (pitchers & catchers must report)

  • Courtesy runner = sub or last batted out

🎟 GATE ADMISSION

  • Daily Pass: $8

  • Weekend Pass (if available): $15

  • Children Under 10: Free

  • Free Entry: 3 coaches per team + all uniformed players

⚾ GAME BALLS

  • Up to 3 official NCS balls provided per game

  • Help retrieve foul balls to avoid delays

  • Lost balls must be replaced by teams

🚫 VENUE & PARK RULES

  • No metal cleats on turf or portable mounds

  • Water only on turf/in dugouts

  • No outside food, drinks, or coolers (except 1 personal player jug)

  • No pets (except service animals)

  • No smoking, vaping, alcohol, scooters, RVs, or overnight parking

  • No open flames, BBQs, or heaters

  • No sunflower seeds on turf

  • No noise devices (horns, speakers)

✅ TEAM REQUIREMENTS

  • Registration: NCS-sanctioned for current season

  • Roster: Submit online by Friday 11:59 PM

  • Insurance: Upload online (NCS or own policy w/ NCS as Additional Insured)

    • Or pay $30 No Insurance Fee

  • No Roster + No Insurance + No Payment = No Play

⚠️ CONDUCT POLICY

  • ZERO-TOLERANCE for unsportsmanlike conduct

  • Violators will be removed & banned – no warnings

🌧 WEATHER / CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full cancellation = credit toward future NCS Texas Premier event

  • Partial cancellation = prorated credit based on games played

  • Withdrawals = no refunds or credits
