Teams that drop after the Tuesday prior to the event will forfeit the entry fee.

GATE FEE:   ADULTS - $12 PER DAY, $20 tournament pass

                      CHILDREN - $5 PER DAY, $10 tournament pass

There are NO REFUNDS for gate fees. You have the option to purchase an all weekend tournament pass or a ONE day pass. This option is at your discretion, once purchased, there are no refunds.

*ONE minute in between innings

*NO warm-ups after 1st inning

*1 Extra Player (EP)

*Courtesy runner must be a player

that has not entered the game yet

ITB – (no warm-ups)

*1st – Bases loaded with 1 out

*2nd – Bases loaded with 2 outs

NO metal cleats allowed on the pitching mounds!

NO PETS ALLOWED AT ALL!

If you drop after withdrawal/payment deadline, no refunds.

Rainout Policy: A refund minus the administration fee or Credit towards another tournament will be given when less than three games are not played because of weather. Number of games already played will determine the amount of refund.

Administration fee in case of Cancellation: $25

Here at Huber Ranch, we are HAPPY to allow you to play music for team spirit! However, we ask that you maintain a respectful volume and DO NOT play songs with profanity. You will be given ONE warning before being asked to turn your music OFF. Please remember that there are other games going on and other spectators in the park!
