Pitching Rules- 6 to 10ft pitch height from ground.

Pitcher using screen- pitcher must toe the rubber. The screen must be touching the rubber. Pitcher cannot field ground balls or linedrive. Pitchers can field pop-ups only.

If the pitcher touches a line drive or ground ball, dead ball, hitter goes to first and all runners move up 1 base.

Screen cannot be moved by pitcher once the inning starts from one side to the other of the rubber.

Pitcher Not using screen- Pitcher must wear a mask. Pitcher can release the ball from first rubber or up to 6ft behind front rubber. Can field any batted ball.

If a pitching change is made in the middle of an inning, the screen can be removed or added ONE TIME during the game.

The screen may be added or removed by the existing pitching before an inning starts, ONE TIME.

ONLY ONCE can a screen be added or removed during a game.

Foul balls- does not have to go above batters head or shoulder.

Runners cannot slide into first base or across the scoring line.

Runners that cross through any part of the batters box is an automatic out.

Foul balls caught by the defense is a LIVE ball.

Protests must be made before the end of 3rd inning(No exceptions) $100 if you win the protest your money is returned. Director will always work to compromise and continue play and have game settled on the field. If that cannot be achieved, then we will go by the book.

If your player hasn't been classified by a NCS Director with a senior classification, we will use the players highest classification we can find using other associations as reference.

Play Legal, Play Hard, Play NCS

Best of luck,

Matt McGee
