Over Night Stay Options

HOST HOTEL - Groupbook Events

$25 for a 2 day Pass for Overnight stay in the VIP section only at Mather. This is only option if staying over night at the complex -No Overnighting or tailgating at Sac Complex

FRIDAY @ Mather = VIP Parking opens up at 6pm Friday

Playing Complex gate opens at 7:00pm - = Come get your gear, pay balance owed, Early Bird Give-aways and sign up for Homerun Contest

Game times will be released early this year - Best Guess Wednesday or Thursday before the event.

No tailgating in the parking lots or surrounding areas/streets - Only allowed in VIP parking area

MATHER IS OUR MAIN COMPLEX WITH GAMES ALSO BEING PLAYED AT THE SACRAMENTO SOFTBALL COMPLEX

REMIND ALL PLAYERS - NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES ALLOWED AND ALL PLAYERS AND SPECTATORS MUST PAY THE $10 GATE FEE

ONCE PAID, YOU WILL GET A 44 HOUR HUSTLE WRISTBAND THAT IS GOOD AT BOTH PARKS FOR THE ENTIRE WEEKEND. DON'T LOSE IT OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN!

NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING OR SLEEPING OR PARKING AT THE SAC COMPLEX! THIS IS ONLY ALLOWED AT MATHER IN THE VIP Parking area

We’re excited to have your team compete! Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful tournament experience.

Roster Requirements

All teams must complete their roster online at www.playNCS.comprior to playing in the tournament.

To complete your roster:

1.Log in to your Team Manager account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile” and enter your login credentials.

3.From the Team Manager Menu, select your current-year team and click “Edit Roster.”

4.Enter each player’s legal first and last name (as shown on a driver’s license).

•Do not use middle names, nicknames, initials, or suffixes (Jr., II, etc.).

5.Enter a valid email address for each player.

Important:

Players must check their email and accept the NCS invitation to officially join your team.

If they do not receive the email, they can log in at www.playNCS.com, create a profile, and accept the invite directly from their account — as long as they use the same email you sent the invite to.

Paying for Tournaments Online

To make a payment:

1.Log in to your account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile”, then “Manage Team.”

3.Select the desired event and click the payment link.

4.Choose “Select” and proceed with your deposit or full payment.
