Team Fastest Man: 

 (4) players per team will be allowed to participate each player will compete on a team basis.

Each contestant will start at home plate with their lead foot on the plate. Time will start on the official’s mark. The contestant will run the bases with time stopping when the contestant crosses the plate. Each team  will get 1 attempt.

Team Home Run Derby:

Each team will be comprised of 3 players.

Each player gets (6) outs.

Team provides pitcher and balls.

Anything not hit over the fence/home run line in fair territory is an out.

Once the batter is in the batters box the pitcher cannot take warm up pitches. All warm up pitches must be before the batter gets in the box.

Infield Around the Horn: 

Six (6) players per team will be allowed to participate.

Pitcher will start from the pitching position.

Clock will start when he releases the ball.

The Pitcher will throw to the catcher.

The Catcher must step on Home Plate and then throw to 2nd Baseman

The 2nd Baseman must step on 2nd Base and then throw to the 1st Baseman.

The 1st Baseman must step on 1st Base and then throw to the 3rd Baseman.

The 3rd Baseman must step on 3rd Base and then throw to the Shortstop.

The Shortstop must step on 2nd Base and then throw to the Catcher.

Once the Catcher receives the ball and steps on Home Plate the clock will stop.

Each team gets two (2) attempts.

Each team will play 2 pool play games then enter a Single elimination bracket based on pool play seeding.

BASEBALLS

Each team will need to provide 2 game balls per game Excluding T-Ball  . Additional baseballs will be available for sale at the event.

LOCATIONS

World Series will be played in and around the City of Forney, Texas and 30 miles only if needed.

Refund Policy

Teams withdrawing from an event 7 days prior to the start date of an event will receive a 100% CREDIT. Teams withdrawing 6 or fewer days prior to an event for any reason will receive a 50% CREDIT. Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive a 100% CREDIT. If an event is canceled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following CREDIT. -0- games started 100% CREDIT -1- the game started 50% CREDIT -2- games started 25% CREDIT -3-games started 0% CREDIT

TEAM QUALIFICATIONS

EACH TEAM MUST CARRY PLAYERS FROM THE SAME REC LEAGUE. YOU CAN NOT PICK UP PLAYERS FROM OUTSIDE YOUR REC LEAGUE. THIS RULE MAKES US DIFFERENT FROM TRUE REC TOURNAMENTS. ANY PLAYER FOUND PLAYING IN THIS EVENT THAT DID NOT PLAY IN THEIR LOCAL REC LEAGUE WILL RESULT IN THE OFFENDING TEAMS DISQUALIFICATION.

PROTEST POLICY

No protests will be accepted without a $100 protest fee paid to the tournament director. If the protest is successful, the $100 protest fee will be refunded. If the protest is unsuccessful, the fee will NOT be refunded. You must make a protest immediately if it is concerning a rule. Once play has continued, no rule protest will be accepted. Judgement calls are umpire discretion and cannot be protested. Once the game is complete, no protests will be accepted. All roster protests must occur during the game in which the player in question is participating.

Do I need team insurance?

Yes, if you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured. You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. We must receive your insurance by the Friday prior to the event
