CEB San Antonio Area Fall League

Thank you for choosing to play with CenTex Elite Baseball 

Below is important information about our Fall League:

The team entry fee is $300 for 5u-8u and $350 for 9u-18u to cover the entirety of our Fall League including the Mid-Season, End of Season, and Winter World Series tournaments. Umpire fees for each game and individual gate fees are not included in the price.

Winter World Series November 22/23 will be held in Round Rock at Old Settlers Park

Umpire Pricing:

5u & 6u: $30.00 per game (PAP)

7u & 8u: $35.00 per game (PAP)

9u-12u: $50.00 per game (PAP)

13u & 14u: $60.00 per game (PAP)

15-18u: $70.00 per game (PAP)

Gate Fee: $10.00 per person for all guests 13 years and older

League Format:

- 2 Games Every Other Week

- You will choose to play on either Saturday or Sunday where you will play two games on your chosen day.

- You will pick a preferred venue for your team from the following locations: McAllister Park or Northside Suburban Little League in San Antonio or Northrup Park in Boerne. As needed, we may assign additional fields as potential venues and not all venues may be available each weekend.

-We ask that you be willing to travel to a different venue at least one or two weekends during the league to ensure we are able to keep teams from playing each other multiple times.

- End of the Season Tournament (November 15/16)

            - 3 Game Guarantee

            - 2 pool Games Saturday and Single Elimination Sunday

- Winter World Series (November 22/23)

            - 3 Game Guarantee   

            - 2 Pool Games Saturday and Single Elimination Sunday 

Rules:

Rules listed on the event info page supersede the central region rules listed on the playNCS.com website.

We utilize outs instead of innings for pitching totals.

Run Rules

5u-8u : 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5

9u-18u: 20 after 1, 15 after 2, 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5

We do not allow metal cleats on any turf fields or temporary mounds.

Awards:

Gold Bracket champions for the End of Season tournament will receive 12 rings, 12 NCS chains, one team belt, and one team banner. Gold Bracket finalists will receive 12 rings and a team banner. 

All other brackets will receive 12 rings and a team banner.

Schedule Requests:

Please submit all schedule requests to centexelitescheduling@gmail.com. When scheduling, please include your team’s name and age in order to streamline the scheduling process. We ask that all initial requests be submitted 8 days before the start of the tournament. In an effort to meet all teams’ requests, we ask that you only provide a 4-hour block of time that your team is unavailable. Please be understanding that requests that are more restrictive may be difficult to accommodate, though we will do our best to make it work!

Example of an ideal schedule request: We cannot play between 8am and 12pm on Saturday.

Example of a non-ideal schedule request: We cannot play before 4pm and must have a double header.

Teams must be prepared to play from Friday evening until Sunday evening.

REMEMBER: Each request cannot be guaranteed, though we will do our best to accommodate you.

Rosters/Waivers:

Rosters are available until the day before you are scheduled to play at 11:59 PM. Please submit your rosters as soon as possible. Players that do not have signed waivers by the cutoff are not eligible to play!
