  • Format: 3-Game Guarantee

    • Saturday: 2 Pool Games

    • Sunday: Single Elimination Bracket

    • Divisions with 8+ teams will include Gold & Silver Brackets

Game Rules:

  • β€œFinish the inning” format – no drop-dead time

  • Be ready to play: Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday 10:00 PM

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to each game

  • Game time starts immediately after plate meeting

  • Games end by time limit, innings completed, or run rule

🎟 GATE ADMISSION

  • Daily Pass: $12

  • Children Under 10: Free

  • Free Entry: 3 coaches per team + all uniformed players

⚠️ Wristbands must be worn at all times
🚫 No replacements for lost or damaged bands


πŸ“… SCHEDULE REQUESTS
All schedule requests must be submitted using the Schedule Request tab in the event menu by Tuesday evening before the tournament.

βœ… Allowed Request Example:
"We cannot play between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Saturday."

❌ Difficult to Accommodate Example:
"We cannot play before 4:00 PM."

You may block one (1) four-hour period on Friday or Saturday that you cannot play. Requests more restrictive than this will be difficult to accommodate, but we’ll do our best.

⚠️ Teams must be prepared to play anytime from Friday evening through Sunday evening. Remember β€” this is a request, not a guarantee.

Run Rules: 15 after 3 | 10 after 4 | 8 after 5
ITB (International Tie Breaker): Bases loaded, last 3 batters, 1 out, no count
Batting Options:
β€’ Bat Straight 9
β€’ Bat 9 with a DH batting for one of the 9
β€’ Bat 10 with an EH batting for one of the 10
β€’ Bat entire lineup
β€’ Cannot have both a DH and an EH.

  • 6U Rec Division – Playing regular T-Ball rules

  • 6U Open Division – Playing Coach Pitch Modified rules

This event has NO official pitching limitations.

We ask all coaches to:

  • Prioritize the health and safety of their pitchers

  • Use discretion when setting pitching limits

  • Strive to exceed recommended safety standards

⚾ GAME BALLS

  • Up to 3 official NCS balls provided per game

  • Please help retrieve foul balls to avoid delays

  • If balls are lost/not returned, teams must supply additional balls

🚫 VENUE GUIDELINES

  • No metal cleats on portable mounds or turf

  • No food/drinks on turf, in dugouts, or on mounds (water only)

  • No smoking, tobacco, or vaping

  • No outside food, drinks, or coolers (Players may bring 1 personal jug)

  • No pets (except service animals)

  • No scooters (wheelchairs and ADA scooters allowed)

  • No alcohol – staff may inspect containers

  • No open flames, BBQs, or heaters (indoor or portable)


βœ… TEAM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Registration – Team must be NCS-sanctioned for the current season

  2. Payment – Entry Fee must be paid by Monday prior to the event

  3. Roster – Must be submitted online by Friday at 11:59 PM

    • Only rostered players may participate

  4. Insurance – Upload policy online

    • Paper copies not accepted

    • If not purchased through NCS, add NCS as "Additional Insured"

    • Or pay a $30 No Insurance Fee

NCS enforces a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for unsportsmanlike conduct by players, coaches, or spectators.

🌧 WEATHER & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full Cancellation: Credit toward a future NCS Texas Premier event

  • Partial Cancellation: Partial credit based on number of games played

  • Team Withdrawals: No refunds or credits

  • All Sales Final – No refunds, only credits
