All-American Mother’s Day Showdown (Rings & Bats)
May 9–10, 2026 • Sarasota County, Florida
Divisions: 8U–15U • 3-Game Guarantee (weather permitting)

NCS Baseball is excited to bring the All-American Mother’s Day Showdown to Florida’s Gulf Coast in Sarasota County.

Tournament Format
Teams will play two (2) pool play games on Saturday, followed by single-elimination bracket play on Sunday (weather permitting).

Awards (each division):
• Champion & Finalist Pink Rings
• Commemorative Pink Mother’s Day MVP Bat (MVP selected during each division’s championship game)

Registration Information

Entry Fees (includes NCS sanction fee):
• 8U: $235.00 per team
• 9U–12U: $300.00 per team
• 13U–15U: $385.00 per team

Full payment is required at registration to secure your team’s spot.

NCS Membership & $85 Credit:
NCS requires an annual $85 team membership to register for NCS events.
Teams registering for the Mother’s Day Showdown will receive an $85 discount code to apply toward their event entry fee, effectively reducing the cost to play in the Mother's Day Showdown to.

• 8U: $150
• 9U–12U: $215
• 13U–15U: $300

The $85 discount applies only to teams registering for this event. If a team does not register, no $85 credit applies.

Umpire Fees (Pay at the Plate)
This is a pay-the-umpire-at-the-plate event. Umpires are to be paid in cash at the field.
• 8U: $25 per team per game
• 9U–12U: $60 per team per game
• 13U–15U: $70 per team per game

Rosters / Player Approvals
Coaches are responsible for ensuring rosters are complete and that each player is approved online by a parent/guardian prior to the first game. Any player not approved may be required to sit out until proper approval is obtained.

Insurance Requirements
Coaches must upload a valid team insurance certificate to the team portal prior to the event. If insurance was not purchased through NCS, your provider must issue a certificate naming National Championship Sports (NCS) as Additional Insured. The certificate must be uploaded to your team portal.
