• Age Divisions: 10U D3
• Game Guarantee: 3 games
• Registration Fee: $550 per team
• Individual Gate Fee: $10 Per Adult (Kids under 16 are free)
• Registration Deadline: Sunday, September 6th

Awards will be presented to the champion and finalist in each completed division.

Registration and Payment Policy

MAC Baseball Events tournaments are first-pay, first-play. Registering for an event does not guarantee a team’s spot until the required registration fee or team gate fee has been paid.

Teams selecting a “pay later” option may be moved to the waitlist if another team registers and submits payment first. Divisions may sell out before the published payment deadline, and the number of available spots may change based on registrations and field availability.

A payment must be submitted to guarantee your team’s place in the tournament.

Credit-card and debit-card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. Processing fees are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred as tournament credit. Please contact MAC Baseball Events directly for available check-payment instructions.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Tournament credits and refunds will be handled according to the following schedule:

• A team withdrawing by the end of Sunday immediately before the tournament will receive a 100% tournament credit.
• A team withdrawing after Sunday but no later than 12:00 p.m. Monday immediately before the tournament will receive a 50% tournament credit.
• A team withdrawing after 12:00 p.m. Monday immediately before the tournament will not be eligible for a credit or refund, regardless of the reason for withdrawing.
• Paid teams registered in a division that does not make will receive a 100% tournament credit.

Tournament credits may be applied toward another eligible MAC Baseball Events tournament. Any request to receive a monetary refund instead of tournament credit will be subject to a $65 administrative fee. Credit-card and debit-card processing fees are nonrefundable.

All credit transfers and refund requests must be initiated by the customer using the designated MAC Baseball Events refund or transfer request process.

Weather Policy

If a tournament is shortened or canceled because of weather, teams will receive credit based on the number of games started:

• No games started: 100% tournament credit
• One game started: 50% tournament credit
• Two or more games started: No tournament credit

A game is considered started once the first pitch has been thrown. Requests for monetary refunds instead of tournament credit will be subject to the $65 administrative fee.

Game Time Limits

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

• Coach Pitch: 1 hour and 15 minutes
• 9U–12U: 1 hour and 30 minutes
• 13U–14U: 1 hour and 30 minutes

Tournament officials reserve the right to adjust game times, formats, or schedules when required by weather, field conditions, daylight, or other operational considerations.

Tournament Rules

Unless otherwise stated on the event page, tournaments will follow the current NCS Central Region Baseball Rules. NFHS rules will apply to situations not specifically addressed by NCS rules.

Facility Policies

To help protect the Saint Andrew Catholic School campus and provide a positive tournament environment:

• Metal cleats are not permitted on turf fields or temporary pitching mounds.
• Seeds and shelled nuts are prohibited anywhere at the facility.
• Outside food and nonalcoholic drinks are permitted unless otherwise announced.
• Alcohol, tobacco products, vaping, illegal drugs, weapons, abusive language, fighting, and destructive behavior are prohibited.
• Coaches, players, and spectators must follow all posted school and facility rules.
• Teams are responsible for cleaning their dugout and spectator areas after each game.
• Children must remain supervised throughout the tournament.
• Pets are not permitted unless they are authorized service animals or specifically allowed by the facility.
• Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas may be subject to removal.

MAC Baseball Events reserves the right to remove any player, coach, team representative, or spectator whose conduct threatens the safety, integrity, or family-friendly atmosphere of the event.

Tournament Communication

Schedules, brackets, weather updates, and other tournament announcements will be distributed through the NCS tournament site. Coaches are responsible for monitoring tournament communications throughout the weekend.
