TEAM CHECK IN

🚨 Team Check-In is Mandatory.
All teams must complete check-in prior to participating in the event.
Teams will not be allowed to compete until check-in is complete.

🔍 Coach Checklist – Please Complete Before Check-In:

  1. Update your NCS roster to include only the players who will be participating in this event.

  2. Print your official NCS roster – list only the players attending the event.

  3. Prepare a team binder with:

    • A copy of each player’s birth certificate

    • Your official printed NCS roster

  4. Player Fee: $100 per player

    • Accepted payments: Cash, Cash App, or Credit Card

    • No checks will be accepted

  5. Team Insurance:

    • Ensure your team insurance is uploaded and verified in your NCS account

    • If insurance is not verified, a $50 No Insurance Fee is due at check-in
