IMPORTANT: PAP (Pay at Plate) – CASH ONLY
Dear Coaches,
This is a friendly reminder that this weekend’s event operates under a PAP (Pay at Plate) format. Umpire fees must be paid in CASH at the plate meeting before each game begins.
Please plan ahead and ensure you have enough cash on hand. While we understand some may prefer to use CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or other digital payment methods, umpires will not accept any form of electronic payment.
Game Time Policy
Game time will start immediately after the plate meeting concludes.
If PAP payment has not been made, the clock will continue running and umpires will not begin the game until full cash payment is received.
To avoid delays or lost game time, please have your payment ready before the plate meeting begins.
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Best regards,
