RULES AND REGULATIONS 

We are playing under the NCS Southwest regional rules. We will have a UIC onsite at all times.

We have made some rule modifications for this weekends event. Please see below: 

Pool Play Game Time Limit 

9U-12U: 1 hour 40 minutes / No new inning 

13U-14U: 1 hour 45 minutes  / No new inning 

Bracket play  Game time Limit

9U-12U: 1 hour 40 minutes / No new inning 

13U-14U: 1 hour 45 minutes / No new inning 

( Championship Games with no game after will play full game with  NO TIME LIMIT ) 

( Championship Games with game after will play bracket time limit )

ROSTER

Players can only be in one roster during event.

Teams with two or more teams in the same division and or multiple division are not allowed to have players participate in two different teams. Failure to comply with regulation will result in forfeit

SPECTATORS

All spectators are allowed

ARSC is currently limited to 33% capacity (per NMDOH CSP) which is 1,000 persons. NSC is responsible for maintaining a clicker count of all people who come in and all who leave at all times.  Once we have reached max capacity we will ask spectators to wait to enter venue until we fall under max capacity limit. 

We are screening spectators, coaches and players prior to venue entry. Individuals with a temperature reading over 100.4 will be denied entry. 

-      Absolutely no outside alcohol is permitted - zero tolerance policy. Violators, whether individuals or teams, will be asked to leave and be banned.

-      No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the facility. The one exception is team hydration and nutrition brought in by coaches only.

-      Concession stand will be open, beer and wine available.

-      Attendees should be seated when eating (per NMDOH CSP). People are permitted to bring folding chairs for this event.

-      Masks must be worn at all times (per NMDOH CSP).

-      Maintain groups must of ten (10) people or less and must be six feet (6’) physically distanced from others (per NMDOH CSP).

Team event registration fee  

When do I pay the tournament entry fee? 

All NCS Baseball tournaments are first pay/first play. Your entry into an event is not complete until you have paid the entry fee or the gate fee. The division may sell out prior to the payment deadline. The number of available spots in a division may fluctuate depending on the needs of all divisions that share the same field size.

Do we supply our own baseballs? 

NCS provides baseballs for every game. 

How do i submit a schedule request?

Please submit all schedule request using the schedule request tab on the event menu. We will take schedule request until the Tuesday evening prior to the event. You can block out a 4 hour block on Friday or Saturday that you cannot play only! Schedule request that are more restrictive than a 4 hour "no play" block will be difficult to accommodate but we will do our best!.

In the event of rain/weather or any act of God canceling the entire tournament, teams will be issued a credit towards a future NCS Southwest tournament.

In the event of paid team canceling prior to tournament, team will receive credit towards future

NCS Southwest tournament. All payments are final   

In the event of rain canceling a tournament already in progress, a team may receive partial credit based on the amount games played

In the event of paid team canceling due to COVID-19 prior to tournament, team will receive credit towards future NCS Southwest tournament.
