All teams must be sanctioned for the 2026 season to participate.

💰 Fees

Team Entry Fee (D3 & Open Divisions)

• 5U–6U: $1,500

• 7U–8U: $1,500

• 9U–12U: $1,500

• 13U: $1,500

• 14U: $1,500

• 16U–18U: $1,500

Team Gate Fee

• $100 per player on team roster (due at team check-in)

• Payment: Cash or Credit Card only (No Checks)

• Parents & fans enter free

• Non-refundable (4% processing fee on all card transactions)

📝 Team Requirements

1. Submit Entry Fee in Full

2. Complete Online Player Roster – All players must be added online.

3. Provide Team Insurance – Must be uploaded online before the event.

   • If purchased outside of NCS, you must add:

• Silver Division Finalists: NCS Finalist Rings + NCS Banner

📅 Tournament Format

• Friday: Team Check-In | Opening Ceremony | Skills Competitions

• Saturday-Tuesday: Pool Games

• Wednesday-Thursday: Bracket Games

• Format: 5-Game Guarantee | Gold & Silver Brackets

⚾ Playing Rules

• NCS International Rules 

📝 Waivers, Rosters & Insurance

• Must be completed online prior to event.

• NO ROSTER, NO INSURANCE, NO PLAY.

• Only players on an online/paper roster are eligible.

🌧 Weather / Cancellation Policy

• Full cancellation: Credit toward future NCS International event

• Partial cancellation (weather): Credit based on games played.

• Team withdrawal (prior to event): No credit or refund

• All payments are final.
