Tournament Format

• 3-Game Guarantee
• Saturday: Pool Games
• Sunday: Bracket Games (Gold & Silver Divisions)

Team Requirements

All teams must: All teams must be sanctioned for the 2026 NCS tournament season

1. Submit entry fee in full.
2. Complete your player roster online – all players must be added before the event.
3. Provide team insurance:
   
• If purchased through NCS, no additional action is needed.
• If purchased elsewhere, you must add National Championship Sports as an additionally insured (free via your insurance provider) and upload proof online.
• We do not accept insurance at the event.

Awards

Gold Division

• Champions: 12 NCS Championship Rings + NCS Banner
• Finalists: 12 NCS Finalist Rings + NCS Banner

Silver Division

• Champions: 12 NCS Championship Rings + NCS Banner
• Finalists: 12 NCS Finalist Rings + NCS Banner

Rules

• NFHS rules with Southwest Regional modifications.
• Team Waivers, Rosters, & Insurance:
  
• All rosters and insurance must be uploaded online before the event.
• No roster, no insurance, no play.
• Players not on the roster (online or paper) are not eligible to participate.

Weather & Cancellation Policy

• If the entire tournament is canceled due to weather/act of God: credit will be issued toward a future NCS National Premier Tournament.
• If a paid team cancels prior to the tournament: credit will be issued toward a future NCS National Premier Tournament.
• If weather cancels a tournament in progress: partial credit may be issued based on games played.
• All payments are final.
