TOURNAMENT FORMAT: 6U T-Ball & 8U Coach Pitch

4 Game Guarantee - $180 Umpire Fee (due before the first game played)

Saturday: 3 Pool Games

Sunday: Single Elimination Bracket Games

Game time limits: 55 minutes Pool Play and 65 minutes Bracket Play

Games must run the full time limit unless the 6 innings or mercy rule is completed. 

Pool Play: Coin Flip for choice

Bracket Play & Championship Game: Higher Seed Chooses Home/Visitor

Pool Play can end in a tie.

Bracket Play & Championship cannot. Last batted out runner on second base, 0 outs, 0-0 count.

Game Scheduling:

Teams must be available to play Saturday 8:00 AM through Sunday 10:00 PM.

Be ready to play 10 minutes before scheduled time.

Game clock starts after the plate meeting with HEAD COACH and Umpires.

Games must run the full-time limit unless 6-7 innings are complete or run-ruled.

Registration Requirements:

Be registered and sanctioned with NCS for the current 2025- 2026 season.

Upload and submit a copy of team insurance.

Complete and update online player rosters.

Submit entry fee payment by the Wednesday before the tournament date.

***If more than 10 or more team per age division then we swill spilt divisions into GOLD and SILVER***

MVP Awards: One per team of the championship game

MERCY RUN RULES

15 runs after 3 innings

10 runs after 4 innings

8 runs after 5 innings

VENUE RESTRICTIONS

***No metal cleats on portable pitching mounds or turf surfaces***

***No food/drinks on turf playing fields, dugouts, or pitching mounds***

GENERAL ADMISSION

Daily Pass: $10.00

Free Entry for: 3 Coaches per team and players. Children 17 and under

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

0 games started: 100% credit.

1 game started: 50% credit.

2 games started: No credit.

WITHDRAWING FEE

Teams withdrawing by Wednesday (prior to the event start date): 100% credit.

Teams withdrawing after 12 PM on Wednesday: 50% Credit

Teams in divisions that do not make: 100% credit.

Credits can only be used toward another Ellis County Sports Sanctioned Tournaments.
