Time Limits

7U-8U - 60 Minutes

9U-10U - 75 Minutes

11U-12U 90 Minutes

13U - 90 Minutes

14U - 105 Minutes

Run Rules:

15 after 3 / 12 after 4 / 8 after 5

PITCHING RULES

First to third fake pick-off is not allowed

(one out equals 1/3 inning)

One day max innings to pitch the next day: 3 innings (9u-14u)

Max innings per day: 6 innings (9U-12u) 7 innings (13-14u)

Max innings per tournament

(3 day max): 8 innings (9u -14u)

Hitting Lineup:

You may bat 9,10 or the entire roster. You must declare at the start of the game, and once the first pitch has been thrown the lineup is locked, and the number of batters may not be changed. May start a game with 8 players, 9th player spot is an out when he comes up in the lineup. DH is Allowed ,The 10th and 11th hitter if used will be designated as an EH and XH on the lineup card. The EH and XH may bat at any spot in the order. The EH and XH is the same as any position on the field as far as substitutions are concerned.

NCS Bat Guidelines will apply (Exception 14U -5 approved)
