Do we supply our own baseballs?

Yes. Team will need to provide two baseballs per game

Do I need team insurance?

Yes, if you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured. You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. We must receive your insurance by the Friday prior to the event

We play by rules listed on the www.playNCS.com website.

We utilize outs instead of innings for pitching totals.

            Refund Policy

Teams withdrawing from an event 7 days prior to the start date of an event will receive a 100% CREDIT. Teams withdrawing 6 or fewer days prior to an event for any reason will receive a 50% CREDIT. Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive a 100% CREDIT. If an event is canceled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following CREDIT. -0- games started 100% CREDIT -1- the game started 50% CREDIT -2- games started 25% CREDIT -3-games started 0% CREDIT

GATE FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE

IF YOU CHOOSE TO TURN CREDIT TO A CASH REFUND A $35 CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO REFUND

NCS has a "Zero-Tolerance" policy towards disrespectful and adverse behaviors.

Any fan, parent, player, or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behaviors towards a tournament official or umpire.
