All teams MUST be sanctioned for the 2026 NCS Tournament Season.

✔ Entry fee must be paid in full
✔ Online team roster must be completed (all players included)
✔ Team insurance must be uploaded online

👉 If insurance was not purchased through NCS, National Championship Sports must be listed as additionally insured
👉 No insurance will be accepted at the event — upload required
