    Game schedules will be posted by Thursday at 9:00 PM prior to the event.

Team Waivers, Rosters & Insurance
All teams must complete their official online roster and upload proof of insurance prior to the event.

Coaches are responsible for ensuring roster accuracy.

Only players listed on the official roster will be eligible to participate.
Teams should bring copies of players’ proof of age or grade exemption if requested.


  • NCS will provide official game balls.


Weather & Field Conditions Policy
This event is scheduled as a one-day tournament; however, weather and field conditions may impact play.


If rain or unsafe field conditions affect the schedule:

  • Every effort will be made to adjust the schedule, modify format, or delay start times.

  • If no games are played, a partial refund or event credit will be issued minus administrative and field preparation costs.

  • If one game is completed, a partial credit may be issued.

  • If two games are completed, the event will be considered fulfilled.


Final decisions regarding field playability and schedule adjustments will be made by tournament staff in coordination with facility officials.
