June 26th - Coaches Check in

  • During the check in process important information will be covered including playing rules, pitching rules, rotation rules, code of conduct, etc.

  • Team manager will receive all gear for his team. Player’s do not have to attend this check in and will report to their field for the scheduled practice time.


June 26th - Skills Competitions

  • All players attending the event will have the chance to participate in all the skills competitions!

  • Cost of all events is $50. Players can register for all three events or just one! 


June 26th - Team Clinic

 (All Ages)

  • Step onto the field with current and former college baseball players for a high-energy, skills-focused clinic designed to help young athletes grow their game — and their love for baseball.

    Athletes will work closely with instructors who have played at the collegiate level, gaining insight into how to train, compete, and think like a high-level player.

    We’ll finish the session with a brief Q&A, giving kids the chance to hear directly from the players about their journeys through high school and college baseball, including training habits, recruiting, and what it takes to succeed.

    Whether your child is new to the game or preparing for the next level, this clinic offers a fun, challenging, and encouraging environment to develop their skills.

  • All teams will be assigned a time slot for team practice. Please note that we cannot take requests for the time slots and teams will be assigned times at random.


June 27th - Pool Play Begins


June 28th - Bracket Play Begins

Refund / Credit Policy: 


Individuals withdrawing from event before 6/1/26 will receive a 50% credit.  After 6/1/26 no refunds issued.




GENERAL ADMISSION:

  • DAILY PASS:  $15.00
  • 3 Coaches per Team and Uniformed Players enter for free, 12 and under free.


TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

  • $345 per participant 
  • 3 Game Guarantee Sat & Sun.  Clinic and practice Friday.
  • Saturday: 2 Pool Games 
  • Sunday:  Single Elimination Bracket Games





PRIZES & AWARDS:


  • GOLD Division Champions: 12 Pine Tar Championship Rings 
  • SILVER Division Finalist: 12 Pine Tar Silver Rings 
  • MVP Awards for the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament for each team in the championship game 
  • Championship banners for GOLD and SILVER



VENUE RESTRICTIONS:

  • No Metal Cleats or Metal Spikes are allowed on portable pitching mounds and/or any turf surfaces.
  • No Food &/or Drinks of any kind are allowed on any turf playing field, turf playing dugouts, and turf portable pitching mound.


NO METAL CLEATS ALLOWED:

  • No metal cleats in teams 12u and under.
  • No metal cleats on portable turf mounds.
  • No metal cleats on any turf fields &/or surfaces.


OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD:


  • An OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD must be filled out and turned into Home Plate Umpire at or before Home Plate meeting before the beginning of each game. 
  • All players participating in the game must be entered on the OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD to be eligible to participate in the game. 
  • Any player arriving after the start of a game must be listed on the OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD that was turned in to the umpires prior to the start of the game. 
  • Late players may be added to the OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD at any time during the course of the game. However, they must be added before they are eligible to play.
  • All players on OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD must be active online to be eligible to play.
  • BATTING:  The player will be called out and must be added to The Official Line-Up/ScoreCard as a substitute.
  • DEFENSE: No penalty and must be added to The Official Line-Up/ScoreCard as a substitute.


TIE GAMES:

  • Pool Play: TIE stands once time is out and inning is finished.  
  • Bracket Play & Championship Games:  Loaded bases with the last 3 batters and 1 out, batter’s count 0-0.


MERCY RUN RULES IN ALL DIVISIONS:


  • 15 runs after 3 complete innings of play.
  • 10 runs after 4 complete innings of play.
  • 8 runs after 5 complete innings of play.


HOME TEAM:

  • Coin Flip in all Pool Play games.
  • Single Elimination Bracket Play Games:
  • High Seed chooses (Home/Visitor) in all Single Elimination Bracket Play Games INCLUDING the Championship Game
