What We Do:
PlayBall Elite Sports sets the stage for the nation’s top youth baseball talent. We deliver premier tournaments that combine elite competition, professional organization, and first-class venues.
Our mission is to advance the game of baseball by giving players and teams the ultimate platform to compete, develop, and gain exposure at the highest levels. Every event is built to showcase excellence — because at PlayBall Elite Sports, it’s more than a game… it’s the pursuit of greatness.

10U: $550.00
11U: $550.00

GATE FEES
- Adults: $15/day OR $20/weekend
- Kids under 12: FREE
ALL TEAMS MUST…
1. BE REGISTERED AND SANCTION THEIR TEAMS WITH NCS FOR THE CURRENT SEASON.
2. UPLOAD AND SUBMIT A COPY OF TEAM INSURANCE.
If insurance is not uploaded and approved, teams will be charged $100 for weekend insurance.
3. COMPLETE AND UPDATE ONLINE PLAYER ROSTERS
Please Complete and Update Online Player Roster. All coaches are responsible for filling out an online player roster. Rosters are available until Friday at 5:00 PM. Please submit your rosters as soon as possible. Players that do not have signed waivers by the cutoff are not eligible to play!
Please Upload and Submit a Copy of Team Insurance Policy. If you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports, you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured. You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. All insurance needs to be uploaded online. We DO NOT accept insurance at the event.

Payment Policy:
The event registration fee must be paid to confirm your team's spot in the tournament. Teams that choose to pay later may be moved to the waitlist if other teams register and pay before them, regardless of when they register.
* YOU MUST SUBMIT A PAYMENT TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT. *
Your entry into an event is not complete until you have paid the entry fee, regardless of whether you have registered for the tournament. The division may sell out (and oftentimes does) prior to the payment deadline. The number of available spots in any given division may fluctuate.
Refund Policy:
Teams withdrawing from an event 14 days prior to the start date of an event will receive a 100% credit less a $50.00 transaction fee.
Teams withdrawing 14 or fewer days prior to an event, for any reason, are not eligible to receive a refund or credit.
Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive a 100% credit.
If an event is canceled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following credit:
-0- games started 100% credit
-1- game started 50% credit
-2- games started 0% credit
Cancellations due to Force Majeure and Governmental Actions:
Any event that is canceled due to the closing of a facility, due to governmental actions prompted by a pandemic, epidemic, act of war, police action, or Act of God, will be available for credit.

Request Refund:
All credit transfers and refunds must be initiated by the customer by completing either the transfer form or the refund form.
All refunds will have a $50 administrative fee applied.

All 13U-14U Pool Play Games: 1h 30m

Rules:
We play by the rules listed on the PlayNCS.com website.
Saturday 2 Pool Play into Sunday Single Elimination.
Game times 1 hour 30 minutes.
No new inning is started after 1:25. Drop dead at 1:30.
Umpires have official time.
We do not allow metal cleats on our turf field, mound, or Batting Cages.
Teams supply their own baseballs.
Cages are available for warm up before games. We have 3 cages. Teams scheduled to play next up games have priority use of the cages. Those 3 teams rotate cages.

Pitching:
We utilize outs instead of innings for pitching totals as per NCS Rules.
The maximum number of outs a player can legally pitch in one (1) day and still pitch the next day is 6 outs (2 innings)
The maximum innings allowed for the 2-day tournament is 24 outs (8 innings), with no more than 18 outs (6 innings) in one day.
Tie Games:
· Pool Play: TIE stands.
· Bracket and Championship Games: California Tie Breaker: Loaded bases with the last 3 batters and 1 out, batter’s count 0-0.
Home Team Determination:
- Pool Play: Coin Flip
- Bracket Play & Championship Games: Higher Seed Chooses Home/Visitor
Mercy Run Rules:
· 12 runs after 3 complete innings of play.
· 10 runs after 4 complete innings of play.
· 8 runs after 5 complete innings of play.
MVP & CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS:
All Bracket Champions will receive NCS Championship Rings
All 2nd place Finalist will receive NCS Finalist Rings
- Championship MVP GLOVE apply to Top Tier Bracket Champion & Finalist MVP(s) ONLY
- Award will be given to one player on the champion team and one player on the Finalist team, chosen by the umpire.
- MVPs are selected by the championship game umpire crew.
Schedule Requests:
SCHEDULE REQUESTS MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT DATE.
Please submit all schedule requests using the Schedule Request tab on the event menu.
We will take schedule requests until Monday, 5:00 pm, prior to the event.
You can only block out a 4-hour block on Friday or Saturday that you cannot play!
Schedule requests that are more restrictive than a 4-hour "no play" block will be difficult to accommodate, but we will do our best!
The schedule request is a request, not a guarantee.
If the Schedule Request tab is not showing in the event menu, it means we have already begun scheduling the event.
When do schedules post?
Typically, we post schedules on the Tuesday preceding the tournament weekend. (We do reserve the right to post on Wednesdays during the Fall Tournament Season when "Special Requests" are exceedingly high, and during the Spring Season when waiting on NCS Ranking Updates.)
Cooler Policy:
Outside food and drinks are not allowed, with the exception of team cooler for the dugouts.
*Exceptions are made during extremely hot weather
We have a full concession stand (credit/debit accepted)
Sportsmanship:
Each Head Coach is responsible for the sportsmanship of the entire team, including players, parents, assistant coaches, and fans. Please always demonstrate GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP so that these young athletes see a good example. Please remember that only Head Coaches talk with the umpires regarding questions, etc. (The two Head Coaches and the two Umpires only; no assistant coaches.) Assistant coaches must refrain from this and allow the Head Coach and the Umpire to work through any issues that may arise.
Behavior at Events:
Cyclone Ballpark has a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy towards disrespectful and adverse behavior. Any fan, parent, player, or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behavior towards a tournament official, umpire, ballpark staff, or another team or within teams.
Anyone ejected must immediately leave the facility.
PROTESTS
- All protests will require $100 cash to be paid to the tournament director. If the protest is WON, the $100 will be returned to the coach. If the protest is LOST, the $100 will be forfeited.
