Event Info
Our goal is to promote development of players through competition. The tools we use to accomplish this; integrity, transparency, and a well organized tournament.
Tournament Registration Fee:
$450 - All Divisions
Per Car Gate Fee - $15 per day or $25 weekend pass.
2 Game Guarantee.
1 pool game Saturday afternoon, bracket play on Sunday.
Payment Policy:
The event registration fee must be paid to confirm your team's spot in the tournament.
Online payment fee:
When paying with a credit card or debit card there will be a 4% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable.
You can also mail a check to avoid this fee. If you do this please email ranchbaseballtx@gmail.com

Refund Policy:
Please note the online processing fee is not refundable. Tournament Fees and Gate Fees will be refunded on the following criteria;
Teams withdrawing from an event 7 days prior to the start date of an event will receive a full refund.
Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive a full refund.
If an event is canceled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following refund:
-0- games started Full refund
-1- game started 1/2 refund
-2- games started no refund
In the event of a full refund, a team manager can opt to transfer the payment to another entry in a future Ranch tournament instead.
Schedule Requests:
1) Must be submitted through the NCS Schedule Request.
2) All requests sent via e-mail, text, or otherwise outside NCS will be deleted without review.
3) Requests are cut off the Sunday prior to the event.
Game time limits:
All Coach Pitch games are 1:15
All 9-14u games are 1:30
Baseballs:
Teams will need to provide their own baseballs.
