$15 per person (18 & UP)

$10 per person (Military & Senior - 75 & up)

$5 per child (8 to 18)

Free Admission

Three (3) coaches per team - 4th coach and on must purchase daily entry

Uniformed players

Teams will provide 2 game balls per game

Team Requirements

All participating teams must:

Be registered and sanctioned with NCS for the current 2026–2027 season.

Upload proof of team insurance. Maintain a current online roster.

Pay the tournament entry fee by the Monday before the event.

Pay applicable daily gate admission.

Insurance Requirements

Teams carrying insurance outside of NCS must list the following as an Additional Insured:

Teams needing insurance may purchase coverage through their NCS account.

Weekend-only insurance is not accepted.

Scheduling Expectations

Teams should be available:

Saturday: Beginning at 8:00 AM until completion of play

Diamond Takeover Event reserves the right to start games up to 15 minutes early in order to stay on schedule and maintain tournament flow.

Schedule requests must be submitted no later than Monday prior to the tournament.

Diamond Takeover Events will make every effort to accommodate schedule requests in the order that paid teams are received. While we will do our best to honor all requests, accommodations cannot be guaranteed due to division size, field availability, and overall scheduling requirements. 

Rules

Teams withdrawing from an event 7 days prior to the start date of an event will receive a 100% CREDIT. Teams withdrawing 6 or fewer days prior to an event for any reason will receive a 50% CREDIT. Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive a 100% CREDIT. If an event is canceled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following CREDIT. -0- games started 100% CREDIT -1- the game started 50% CREDIT -2- games started 25% CREDIT -3-games started 0% CREDIT

NCS has a "Zero-Tolerance" policy towards disrespectful and adverse behaviors.

Any fan, parent, player, or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behaviors towards a tournament official or umpire.

All documents for age/grade exemption must be present at event in paper form, no digital copies will be accepted for appeals/protest
