AWS Spring NIT Rings Event

Apr 17-18, 2021

It is imperative we follow some guidelines:

1) Maximum 2 guests immediate family per player. Any additional fans will be asked to leave

2) No alcohol

3) Players and coaches can come in early to warm up in warm up areas away from current game spectators. Spectators for "next" game cannot come in until all the players/coaches and spectators leave the complex.

4) Post-game Team huddles must be done outside complex to allow next team access to come into the complex. There are strict capacity guidelines

5) No metal cleats can be worn on the pitching mounds. This will be strictly enforced. If pitcher does not have alternative shoes, he will not be allowed to pitch.

There will not be food service so please feel free to bring in food and non-alcoholic drinks. Please keep the complex clean

All rosters must be uploaded into the NCS website and your insurance must be uploaded as well. Insurance must name NCS as additionally insured prior to uploading. Once this roster and insurance are done, you will no longer need to bring roster/insurance to field. Always carry birth certificates.

Thank you and we look forward to a great weekend league for the rings!
