Event Info
Tournament Registration Fee:
$300 - All divisions
No Gate fee
Teams will pay umpires at the plate.
8u - $30 per game
9u - 12u: $40 per game
13 - 14u: $45 per game
Payment Policy:
The event registration fee or the team gate fee must be paid to confirm your teams spot in the tournament.
Refund Policy:
Teams withdrawing from an event 7 days prior to the start date of an event will receive a 100% refund.
Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive a 100% refund.
If an event is cancelled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following refund:
-0- games started 100% refund
-1- game started 2/3 refund
-2- games started 1/3 refund
-3-games started no refund
Online payment fee:
When paying with a credit card or debit card there will be a 4% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable.
You can also mail a check to avoid this fee.

Game time limits:
All Coach Pitch games are 1:15
All 9-12u games are 1:30
All 13-14u games are 1:45
Baseballs:
Teams will need to provide their own baseballs.
Rules:
We play exclusively by the rules listed on the playNCS.com website.
We utilize outs instead of innings for pitching totals.
We do not allow metal cleats (except for 13 & 14u).
Cooler Policy:
Outside food and drinks are allowed.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed at the facility.
The Ranch Sports Center will be the primary park for the tournament. Only one division will be hosted here. All other divisions will be hosted at various fields in the Wise County area. The facility list will be updated soon.
