All rosters must be online and all parents need to approve their player to be eligible for play. Teams must have NCS insurance or their insurance must name NCS additionally insured and uploaded into team profile

TEAM GATE FEE DUE AT CHECK IN : $175 CASH

13u will play at Galvan park in Morgan hill 

14u will play at either community park in Morgan hill or Christopher high school in Gilroy .

all other ages will play at community park in Morgan hill
