7U-8U: 1 hour, 15 min

9U-12U: 1 hour, 30 minutes

Playoff seeding is determined by:

1. Total Record

2. Head to Head with only 2 teams tied

3. Runs Allowed

4. Run Differential (10 Max Per Game)

5. Runs Scored

6. NCS Rankings

7. Automated Coin Flip

Spectator World Series Fee

Daily fee: $12.00 per person per day | 5 days

World Pass: $50.00 |Only available Friday at team check in

10 & under are free

REFUND POLICY

In the event of rain/weather or any act of God canceling the entire tournament, teams will be issued a credit towards a future NCS National Premier Tournament in 2023. 

 NO REFUNDS. All payments are final! 

In the event of rain canceling a tournament already in progress, a team may receive partial credit based on the amount games played.

In the event of a paid team canceling 7 days or less prior to the start of the tournament, team will not be issued a refund or given a credit. Last minute cancelations will result in no credit.

REMINDER: Teams that requested a payment extension for the 2023 South Coast World Series you will need to submit full payment by Sunday July 2nd. Failure to submit payment by deadline will result in team being removed from event. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! 


SCHEDULE: Will be available Wednesday July 5th at 9:00pm. 


POOL GAMES: Pool games will begin Saturday July 8th at 8:00am. Be available and ready to begin games at 8:00am


TEAM CHECK IN: All teams must check on Friday July 7th at Portland Sports Complex between 9:00am-3:00pm. This is mandatory. Failure to check in team will result in team being removed from event. No exceptions! Coaches must print NCS Roster and have all proper player documentation for check in ( Copy birth certificate. All international teams must provide Visa / Passport). All rostered players must be at team check in order to be cleared to participate. Team check in allows us to confirm that every player is playing in the appropriate division. We do not tolerate any form of illegal players!
