The World Series is a stay to play event for out-of-town teams.

The entry fee must be paid to receive the discount.

$495 - Coach Pitch (until 1/31/2023)

$595 - All Other Divisions (until 1/31/2023)

$795 - All Other Divisions (after 6/1/2023)

Gate Fee:

$75 per player on the team roster (Due at Team Check-In) (Cash or Credit Card only; NO CHECKS)

Free to all fans and parents

(Team gate fee is non-refundable)

A 4% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions. 



Pitching Rules for World Series Only:

9U and 11U - 30 outs for the tournament

13U - 33 outs for the tournament



All teams planning to participate in the Skills Competition on Thursday, 6/22 need to complete an entry form. The form is also available on our WS website under the World Series Information tab. www.ncsdfwws.com

Teams will be taking the day off from playing games on Sunday, June 25th, to give all players, coaches, parents, and fans, time to enjoy the NCS DFW Frisco Roughriders Game Night and Team Parade in Frisco, Texas.


Tickets are on sale now so visit our World Series Championship website and use the code and link provided when purchasing your tickets.

Coaches/Team Representatives that attend the Team Check-In on Wednesday, 6/21 will receive wristbands for all players and coaches that will be participating in the pre-game parade. All parade participants must have a Frisco Roughriders game ticket and wristband to participate in the pre-game parade.

TICKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRY FEE. TICKET PURCHASE IS REQUIRED
