All teams must register with NCS | 2022-2023 season
We are committed to promoting the Game of Baseball! We promote the game and the players through our Championship Events. By providing teams and their supporters with high quality venues and well managed tournaments. Teams compete with the best amateur baseball clubs in the Nation.
Below is most of the information you will need and answers to the most common questions we receive.

7u-8u -$40 per game
9u-12u- $55 per game
13u-14u- $60 per game

$10.00 Per Person 12 and up
When do I pay the tournament entry fee?
All Triple Play Sports Baseball tournaments payments are due before your first game. If you choose to mail a check to avoid online credit card fees, please call us and let us know, do not leave a message!

Refund Policy
Teams withdrawing from an event 7 days prior to the start date of the event will receive 100% credit.
Teams withdrawing from an event 6 days or less prior to an event for any reason will receive 100% credit to transfer to another TPS event.
Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive 100% credit.
In the event of tournament cancelation due to weather or any other act of God will be eligible for the following credit.
-0- games started 100% credit
-1- game started 50% credit to be transferred to another TPS event
-2- games started 25% credit to be transferred to another TPS event
-3- games started 0% credit
All teams that paying with a credit card and using the online system will forfeit the administration fee paid when registering for the event. This charge is a credit card processing fee and can not be refunded.
Do we supply our own baseballs?
Teams must provide 2 game balls per game.
Rules
We play exclusively by NCS Rules National Championship Sports | Baseball | National Baseball Rules (playncs.com) with the exception of Pitching Rules which is detailed in the next section.
We allow -5 bats in 14u D2 and D3
We play all 13u events at 54/80 unless otherwise noted
We do not allow metal cleats on any turf fields or temporary mounds.
Pitching Rules
9u-12u Players will have a total of 24 outs for the weekend. There is a max of 18 outs that can be pitched in 1 day. If you pitch 7 outs or more, you are required to have a 1 day rest.
13u-14u Players will have a total of 27 outs for the weekend. There is a max of 21 outs that can be pitched in 1 day. If you pitch 7 outs or more, you are required to have a 1 day rest.
Game time limits
All Coach pitch games are 1:05 hr
All 9u-14u games are 1:30 hr
Awards
All Gold Bracket Champions and Finalist will receive NCS Championship Rings
All Silver Bracket Champions and Finalist will receive NCS Medals or Rings
All Brackets receive team Championship Banners
How do I submit a schedule request?
Please submit all schedule request using the schedule request tab on the event menu. We will take schedule request until the Tuesday evening prior to the event.
Can we bring outside food and coolers?
Please
check with us as different venues have different policies regarding outside
food and drinks. No alcohol is allowed in TPS events.
Can we bring our pets or comfort animals to the tournament?
No pets are allowed with the exception of service animals.
When are our rosters locked and what do I do if a parents forgets/neglects to sign the waiver prior to the cutoff?
All rosters are locked on the Friday evening prior to the event. All players must be listed on the public view teams page by the cutoff. Players that do not have signed waivers by the cutoff are not eligible to play!
Behavior at the events
TPS has a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespectful and adverse behavior. Any fan, parent, player, or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behavior towards a tournament official or umpire.
Complexes
TPS utilizes grass and skinned fields in and around the listed locations. Please note that not all teams may play at the listed venue.
Do I need team insurance?
Yes, if you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured. You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. We must receive your insurance by the Friday prior to the event (email to support@travelsportsbaseball.com)
