CEB San Antonio Area Fall League

Below is important information about our Fall League:

The team entry fee is $200 for 5u-8u and $300 for 9u-18u for the entirety of our Fall League. Umpire fees per game and individual gate fees are not included.

Mid-Season Tournament October 7/8 ***** NEW TO THIS YEAR: We will be adding a skills competition to the Mid-Season Tournament. This includes Home Run Derby, Around the Horn, Speed Competition, and Accuracy. We will take results and do it again at the End of Season Tournament to compare. AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN TO WINNERS EACH TIME, AND THERE WILL AND AWARD FOR MOST OVERALL IMPROVED CLUB!

Umpire Pricing:

6u: $30.00 per game (PAP)

7u & 8u: $35.00 per game (PAP)

9u-12u: $50.00 per game (PAP)

13u & 14u: $60.00 per game (PAP)

15-18u: $70.00 per game (PAP)

Gate Fee: $10.00 per person for all guests 12 years and older

League Format:

- 2 Games Every Other Week

- You will choose to play on either Saturday or Sunday where you will play two games on your chosen day.

- You will pick a preferred venue for your team from the following locations: McAllister Park in San Antonio, Northrup Park in Boerne, or Ramon Lucio Park in San Marcos. As needed, we may assign additional fields as potential venues.

-We ask that you be willing to travel to a different venue at least one or two weekends during the league.

-Saturday games are held at McAllister Park as well as other venues as needed.

-Sunday games are held at McAllister Park, Northrup Park, and Ramon Lucio Park. Additional locations are added as needed.

Rules:

We utilize outs instead of innings for pitching totals.

We allow -5 bats in 14u D3

We require BBCOR bats for 14u D2, D1, and Open

We require 13U D1 & 13U open to use (-5) or (-3) bats.

13U D3 and D2 division can use (-8), (-5), or (-3) if you play up to D1 or Open division.

We play all 13u events at 54/80 unless otherwise noted.

We do not allow metal cleats on any turf fields or temporary mounds.

Awards:

NCS Championship Rings are awarded to 1st & 2nd place.

Brackets of 7 or more teams will receive an additional MVP award for the champion.

Schedule Requests:

Please submit all schedule requests to centexelitescheduling@gmail.com. When scheduling, please include your team’s name and age in order to streamline the scheduling process. We ask that all initial requests be submitted 8 days before the start of the tournament. In an effort to meet all teams’ requests, we ask that you only provide a 4-hour block of time that your team is unavailable. Please be understanding that requests that are more restrictive may be difficult to accommodate, though we will do our best to make it work!

Example of an ideal schedule request: We cannot play between 8am and 12pm on Saturday.

Example of a non-ideal schedule request: We cannot play before 4pm.

Teams must be prepared to play from Friday evening until Sunday evening.

REMEMBER: Each request cannot be guaranteed, though we will do our best to accommodate you.

Rosters/Waivers:

Rosters are available until Friday at 11:59 PM. Please submit your rosters as soon as possible. Players that do not have signed waivers by the cutoff are not eligible to play!
