TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

3 Games Guaranteed!

Saturday 2 game pool play

Sunday single elimination 

GAME RULES:

10U- 1 Hr 30 Min.

18U- 1 Hr 45 Min.

Must provide baseballs during games

VENUE POLICY:

NO METAL CLEATS, SEEDS OR GUM ON TURF FIELDS!

NO ALCOHOL AT VENUE!

NO PETS! Service pets are always welcome

Outside coolers are allowed

WITHDRAWING/CANCELLATION:

Withdraw deadline is Tuesday June 20th

You must withdraw from the tournament prior to the withdraw date (Tuesday June 20th) to receive a refund.

Cancellation due to weather or unforeseen events:

No games Played= 100% Refund

1 Game played= 50% Refund

2+ Games Played= 0% Refund

SCHEDULE REQUEST:

Submit all schedule request using the schedule request tab on the event menu. We will take schedule request until the Tuesday June 20th evening prior to the event. Schedule request that are more restrictive will be difficult but we will do our best to accommodate you! REMINDER: this is just a request not a guarantee
