April 21 One Day Event on Turf

NO SCHEDULE REQUESTS. TEAMS MUST BE ABLE TO PLAY AT 8AM.

2GG. 1 POOL GAME, SINGLE ELIM BRACKET.

WE WILL SCHEDULE BASED ON GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION. CLOSEST TO WICHITA FALLS WILL PLAY FIRST.

NEED 4 TEAM MINIMUM FOR AN AGE TO MAKE.

Tournament Fees:

• 7u & 8u: $50+ Umpires- $40.00 per game (PAP)
• 9u-12u: $75 + Umpires- $45.00 per game (PAP)

• Gate Fee: $10.00 per person 12 years and older

Tournament Format:

• 2 gg
• 1 POOL, SINGLE ELMINATION BRACKET

Rules:

• We play exclusively by the rules listed on the playNCS.com website.
• We utilize outs instead of innings for pitching totals.
• We play all 13u events at 54/80 and 14U at 60/90. 14U D2 will allow -3 or -5 bats.
• We do not allow metal cleats on any turf fields or temporary mounds.

Awards:

• NCS Championship Rings are awarded to 1st & 2nd place.

Balls:

• Teams must provide 2 balls per game.

Time Limits:

• 7U/8U- 1:05, FINISH THE INNING
• 9U-12U- 1:20 POOL, 1:30 BRACKET.  FINISH THE INNING

Rosters/Waivers:

• Rosters are available until Friday at 11:59 PM. Please submit your rosters as soon as possible. Players that do not have signed waivers by the cutoff are not eligible to play!

Team Insurance:

Team Insurance is REQUIRED. if you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured. You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. We must receive your insurance by the Thursday prior to the event. Insurance must be uploaded prior to Friday at 5:00pm or you will be removed from the event. NCS only accepts PDF format.
